After a 7 month hiatus the work is back on and the 40 is stripped bare. This marks to turning point from tearing down to building back up.

As a Canadian, I am envious of how easy it is to get these! Cant wait for the next vids to come out! Loving it man! Way to go Champion!

Good to see you back at it mate and posting up the vids again. Mine is going slow as well- it’s amazing where the months go haha. What product are you using in the chassis to coat it? I’m using Xtrol.

100% I cant believe how fast the time in-between goes. It feels like a few weeks but in reality its a few months. I never had plans to do it quickly so the slow progress doesn't really both me (yet). I havened decided yet on a product, I have heard/seen good things from the KBS chassis coater kits so that might be the go. I think I'll talk to a few local shops and see what they recommend too. Once its all painted, I plan on coating the inside of the chassis with fish oil as I've had success with it in the past (Old school but works).

Once you have finished chassis repairs flood the inside of the chassis with fish oil

Certainly will be. I have used deodorised fish oil before and it works extremely well. Only downside is a bit of dust/grit sticks but unless you're going for a show car look that doesn't matter.
