Knowing how things are in kitakami, it’s probably the place where the zoroark were chased from to begin with. At the very least is a nice headcanon for why H-Zoro was used to promote the DLC over a new mon like dipplin.

Considering that in the beginning of episode 1 of Hisuian Snow showed a pack of Mightyena and some Donphan watching the grieving Zoroark. As well as how some might suspected Kitakami is somewhere near Jhoto, which Jhoto is kinda connected to Sinnoh as with the Sinjoh ruins. Yeah that seems likely, H. Zoroark and H. Zorua could've been from there and were chased out viciously.

Hisuian zoroark is best zoroark

I understand the need to hold back when it comes to plopping the Hisuian Pokemon into Kitakami, but I would've at least preferred it if they included the Hisuian Evolutions. They did give us Ursaluna with Bloodmoon, but I would've liked a means to at least evolve Scyther, Ursaring and Stantler, to show that their evolution methods still exist in select corners of the world. Heck, they could even explain it away by saying their once-thought-lost evolutions have just recently been rediscovered, implying the protagonist of Legends Arceus returned to the present and spread knowledge of them back into the world. The variants, yeah, those could've easily died out or gradually become their modern day forms.

Zoroark is probably the most married Pokemon since it could easily disguise itself as a human.

I already loved Zorua and Zoroark so hisuian Zorua and Zoroark made some of my favorite pokemon even cooler That event Zoroark gave me so much money too I even got to buy the shiny Hisuian Zorua plush and its my favorite pokemon plush

Kitsune is also just the word for fox, like how tanuki is often used as the term for raccoon dog. Careful to remember this distinction, because it can be tricky, and some forget that the terms often simply mean the animal.

I would agree with how some Hisuian Pokémon changed their typing such as Goodra, Braviary, Sneasel, and Arcanine due to new environments and with how other Pokémon such as Ursaluna, Wyrdeer and Kleaver becoming less common due to losing the ability to evolve into their evolution forms. As for Hisuian Zoroark there could be the possibility they still exist and share the same circumstances of how Ursaluna gained its new blood moon form. In which Hisuian Zoroark travelled to new lands and have yet to be discovered as they are rarely ever seen/simply only referred to in legends from ancient times.

I feel like Hisuian Zoroark is just perfect. Not my favourite Pokemon, but the Design is just so fcking beautiful

I hope they add hisuian zoroark to pokemon unite because regular zoroark is one pf the most fun pokemon to play.

Yah, I paid for the dang DLC and I STILL don't have my Zoroark! i was told there was a code with each purchase but I didn't see any, and I don't know what I'm doing. Anybody who already got theirs please share how. On a different note, I find it interesting how many Pokemon gain the Ghost-type just being in Hisui. You have Typhlosion, Basculegion and even Zorua. I wonder if it's thematic to the region itself, or if it's for game balance reasons. Ghost is still one of the best attacking types in the game and it definitely helps each of them in different ways. Hope they put more tie-ins in the upcoming Scarlet/Violet DLC as well.

if i had to guess im assuming its home region was Unova before it was pushed out. I mean to my knowledge you can't find them in the wild in BW and BW2 (other then N's if i remember that's one of his you can catch) but other then that they are mainly given to you. Could be sick if we get bw remakes or anything of the like to get an update on the Zoroark population in Unova and maybe find them more often?

They CAN be found wild in Kalos in the Pokemon Village, as well as in Alola, but only in the Ultra games. Since it's not native to all versions of Alola, you could argue that it was brough over at some point and wasn't originally native, like Yungoose.

@@PinkSneaselGirl true but considering they were pushed out im more willing to believe they're completely gone from Unova due to that reason and over time the ones that didn't die in the cold went to Kalos and Alola where they were welcomed a bit less harshly by literally everything climate included

It was confirmed that the Hisuian Pokémon never went extinct in the first place and that the Hisuian Pokémon were never past forms, they came from the original forms we already know. All of the starters, Zorua and Zoroark and Braviary and many other of them came from the already existing form. It would be cool if the Hisuian Pokémon can be caught in the wild in the Indigo Disk since they are regular regional forms just like Alola and Galar and those regional forms are appearing in the wild in the Indigo Disk. First of all that wouldnt make any since since the blueberry academy is in Unova… play the dlc for confirmation and secondly all the hisuian pokemon only evolve like that in hisui which is now sinnoh so they would need to be in sinnoh for this to be a possibility

It is literally shown in the trailers for the Indigo Disk that some regional variants like Alolan Exegutor and Alolan Geodude can be caught in the wild in the Indigo Disk. It was confirmed that the Indigo Disk is a man made environment and can have Pokémon not native to Unova naturally appear.

Can't team rocket try to revive hisuian pokemon, it would be interesting in the anime
