He's the definition of a professional. I was literally cheering when I learned that he was being brought on board for 3 Block. He deserves it.

Carlos looks 19 but also he started skateboarding 19 years ago :D
In my 40's, started skating in early 80's, getting back into it this year to help with snowboarding, thanks for the tips and cool history! Def love tips more than your contests, but the humor helps grow the sport for many new to skateboarding, so it's all good!
Yo braille, you guys have all done so much for skateboarding. I learned to skate from you and I watch all your vids. Thanks for what you do for skating!
I'm just getting back into it at 22 years old. I used to skate when I had time in school, but my mom would never let me go to the skate park because my uncle literally cracked his head open skating. The "never give up" and "always push yourself to learn more" nature of it got me through some serious depression too. It means a lot to me, and I'm really happy to see you guys pushing for people to learn. I love all of you guys, and I can't wait to see what's next for Braille!
I think if yall did some videos on older people starting out like late 20's and up you would really motivate that age group

Plywoodcar Johnson.. he actually quit as they did not pay him accordingly and denied a partnership and raise, even though he was the main face of the company and they made shitloads of money. So .. you can say it was not mexican druglords but Scientology's involvement made him quit. ;)

Braille, this video is incredible. Seriously I love the educational aspect of this channel so to bring in the history of skating is really awesome. Great video guys keep it up!
I just started skating a year and a half ago and you guys have inspired me to keep going and never give up skateboarding is a very fun thing to do and i love how you guys are trying to get as many people as possible to start skating keep up the videos and i also want to say thank you for the ollie tutorials they helped me a lot and to everyone in the comments pick up a board and start having fun!!!!!
Thanks for being someone and i love your vids
Continue doing this type of Videos!! I loved it, really useful!
i dont comment often but this was by far the best, and most educational video i have ever seen about skateboarding.(coming from a non skateboarder). Carlos, you have gained a new respect in my eye. Thank you guys.
This video was so cool I really enjoy learning about the history of skateboarding. I just just learnt how to Ollie and now i’m hooked and I owe it to you guys for motivation, for help, and entertainment. Thank you so much for creating this amazing content for many people
This was a great vid! Thanks!
I’m 38 yrs old and I just learned how to Ollie for the first time thanks to your videos. I’ve been trying for the last three months and now that I figured it out I’m trying to apply it. Thanks for the help and keep making content!
I grew up skating in the 80s and was fortunate enough to see Rodney perform live in his prime freestyle days. It strikes me watching this video at how much more info is out there today vs when I started. I could barely Ollie forever bc I was figuring it out on my own. Videos like this that you're doing would have made a HUGE difference had I had access to them when I skated. Thanks for all you do for Skateboarding. I hope all the new skaters realize how much of a treasure videos like this are.
This is an awesome type of video, guys! Keep on doin' them.
Keep these videos coming, the historic side of skateboarding is extremely fascinating
I love it👍
Just getting comfortable getting my front foot position so i can continually keep push and skate around the block is where I'm at. Being 37 and just starting out ain't easy but I'm loving it. Thanks Braille Skateboarding. The only thing id add to the 1st part of the tutorial is look forward and not down at board when pushing.
amazing video guys, I had missed one of these so bad 👏🏻
I am 45, started two weeks ago with my son who is 8 and we both have been watching this (and others) channels. It's really becoming a passion and more so for my son who goes to bed with this board :). Cheers guys.
Rodney Mullen was a big inspiration for me. I do ground tricks not involving the Ollie. It’s been 10 years since I’ve skated. Since watching you guys I’ve bought one $100 globe board with trucks and wheels all installed. My latest deck I just purchased is a Reynolds baker board. I can’t wait to get it set up and try to relearn the ollie. My kids wanted to learn how to skate so I’ve decided to get back into it and teach them what I know. Thanks for this video. I’ll also be looking to purchase those wheel stops for practicing. Thanks guys so much for all the videos you make!! Since coming back I looked for a channel to watch and found you guys!! (Recently hurt my ankle, waiting for that to be healed then back to skateing)
Love it. Do more like this. Breaking down everything. Kick flip or nollie
That's amazing 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Do more of these videos bruuuuuu. This was pretty helpful
hi braille, i love the history. keep making the awesome vids. you have helped me sooo much in skating and i love all of your support. can you make tutorials on individual mini ramp tricks for beginners. please!
love this thank you
you guys helped me get back into skateboarding it helps a lot and need to get a bigger board so it can be easier to skateboard and skateboarding is very fun
I love the intro!!! It’s so smooth!
Now in my 30's. Picking up skating again. Learnt some great tips on how to improve my kickflip from your videos. Keep on keeping on. Shout out from the UK!
Mind blown. Im going to be passing this knowledge over to all my skate buds.
Im so happy, i landed my first ollie yesterday! Your videos helped me a lot thanks!
This is super interesting. I'd love to get some more skateboard history videos.
Please do more video like this, these are very interesting!!
Aaron your the man i started skating again last week cause of this channel
Thanks guys! Sk8ing was/is my religion (along with punk rock) since my friend Scott and I discovered the two back in 1994, and, my daughter said she wanted to try sk8ing. And as you can imagine my eye's exploded with joy and we went straight out and built her a nice first set-up. I know i am old and getting kindda fat, but I CAN'T wait to share what I know and sk8 with my kido. I know I cant do much on a board anymore but as long as i can stand i can ollie and shove-it. So much fun.
Does anyone know if Aaron is sponsored and what area he's from?

Suuper nice video! 💯💯
Love the intro and have turned on the notifications liked and have a hard time to fs air
Great vid
Love the vid
This needs to be weekly!
that little tip from carlos about bending your back knee more then your front knee took me from 2 inch to 10 inch ollie. holy shit... great video and series
I MISSED THESE!!
I did my first Ollie a couple days ago!!!!!
Good stuff
You guys rock!!
Your the reason I started skateboarding
I love watching bralie
so cool
This was pretty cool.
i ve been agressiveskating (thats street and park skating with rollerblades) when i was 3 years old and i always wanted to learn how to skateboard so i started now (im 24 years old now). i can do a fairly high ollie while riding and i did an accidental 4 stair firecracker once :D love the channel love the content big up to braille
Very nice video. Do more history of tricks
I am more of a science-y kind of guy and with any other tutorial of the ollie, I can't learn from it because it will only teach me to practice my gathered knowledge until I get there, which doesn't help my impatient self so, this video has helped me so much, that I could do perfect ollies in 20 minutes of time. I was able to fix my mistakes with radical science from the 80's.
YAY HISTORY CLASS!!!
I have a crusty Ollie but it’s a getting better thanks to you
More histories! Cool stuff! Can I haz playlist?
YAY YOU SAID IT AGAIN!!!!
Love your channels ollies
C’est très interessant merci beaucoup
Hey Braille team! I started skateboarding a couple weeks ago thanks to watching you guys and being so inspired to actually start. I'm still trying to learn how to ollie, please help!
Kind of history lessons that id like to be part of
The Intro!!😍
Aaron has such a perfect ollie, it's beautiful
Ollies are love!
As a kid i had an issue gettin kickflip down so much that i even stopped skating at all. Recently, almost 18yrs later, I've bought longboard and now i'm looking into gettin myself skateboard and start doing stuff again :P
Touching on your points about never being too young or too old, I just got back into skateboarding. I've loved skateboarding ever since I was 5 or 6. I could ride, but I pushed mongo and sometimes it gave me trouble. I never had any friends that were skaters, and I was always too socially awkward to try to befriend skaters in my town. I never learned any tricks, never even ollied. Frustrated, I gave up on it for years. A couple of weeks ago I jumped back on my board and started working on correcting my mongo push (Goofy for life, though!). I had a gnarly fall, but after about an hour I was feeling fairly comfortable on the board. I spent an hour trying to ollie, and landed my first one ever, then 4 in a row, then a couple more. I'm 34, and about 75lbs overweight. If I can re-learn how to ride a skateboard from the ground up, and learn to ollie, ANYONE can. You're NEVER too young, or too old, or too weak, or too fat, or anything. You just gotta stay focused, and keep trying. In the words of the legendary Ryden Schrock, when you fail you just gotta get back up, try again, and be Dr. Strange.
71st! Yes man, Braille ure awesome!
Love skateboarding
Best. Thumbnail. Ever.
just in time.. I just landed my first propet ollie yesterday thanks guys..
HE DIDN'T FORGET THE JUMP!!! THANK YOU CARLOS
Hey Braille I'm building a 4 foot mini ramp at my house and I've been saving up for one of your decks and with the grip tape on decks does that improve kickflips and Ollies I can't wait till I have enough money to buy one of your boards
Would love a history of kick flip video with this style of basics introduction
More history videos please.
Can you do how to do a kick flip because I can do the flick but I can’t get my back leg up , thank you . You inspired me to skateboard and what got me into skateboarding was skate everything then I started to watch actual skating and then my mate gave me a board. Keep doing what your doing 🙂
hello i broke my phone while i was skateboarding in my really bad local skatepark so im on my sitter ipad right now but my dream is to meat someone from the braille and have a mini ramp in my backyard, thank you for teaching me so much about skateboard so thankyou you are the best👍🏼
I got the most epic screenshot of you guys!
I love skateboarding👍
Can you do more videos on ripstiks because I have one and I still like your vids, thanks!
Dude can u guys teach me how to skate I tried my self before, but I will love to learn with someone how knows what there doing. It will be really great if I can learn with u guys teaching me
How do you get more control with your switch flicking foot when skating switch. I can do 180s and stuff switch I just am having a hard time not mobbing my flick on switch flips.
Carlos is really good at talking to the camera. 👌🏻
This whole time ive been bending my legs the same length this could be what i needed to hear. Are your boards as good as ccs?
