    Please read. I need help, I am having trouble contracting my right tricep's long head. I don't know why, but I feel like the medial head takes the movement. Can you help me please?

    @@nicolasscherrer The issue is your exercise selection. Most likely you are only doing regular extensions/pushdowns in front of the body which *will* target the long head, but since the long head is attached to the shoulder blade unlike the medial and lateral heads, you have to do extensions above the head. Search "cable overhead extensions".

    @@nicolasscherrercheck your movements like overhead extension in the mirror. If form is correct, most likely a shoulder stability issue. Usually shoulder instability hinders tricep training for some.

    I don't know if you have a video about this, but when doing face pulls my collarbone seems to pop near my pec and its weirding me out. Ive changed to reverse pec dec, but I would still love to fix this somehow.

    Since Sam dropped that video i've been doing that movement as a warmup for my chest days. Huge improvement. I also train it as an exercise now with progressive overload. My shoulders are actually healthy now.

    If you actually put them at end of the workout and do sets like 15-40 reps you’ll actually see a lot of progress and way healthier shoulders, training them like any other body part,

    My copy of his book Rebuilding Milo arrived today. It’s excellent, tests to assess shoulders etc, and exercises to fix them. The price is the same as one trip to the Physio and we’ll worth it in my opinion. If you like his videos, you’ll love his book. I highly recommend it.

    “To assist with shoulder stability, you need start with the McGill big 3…” but in seriousness great banded exercises. Jeff Cavaliere introduced these to me. Start every work out with them

    It’s very rare that I barbell flat bench press but these definitely do help for that. Honestly it’s one of those exercises not worth the risk for me

    You can also do these with dumbels. Like you stand in a row position and do an similar movement with the arms. I have crunchy shoulders and i think it feels better than the cable version
