Please read. I need help, I am having trouble contracting my right tricep's long head. I don't know why, but I feel like the medial head takes the movement. Can you help me please?

@@nicolasscherrer The issue is your exercise selection. Most likely you are only doing regular extensions/pushdowns in front of the body which *will* target the long head, but since the long head is attached to the shoulder blade unlike the medial and lateral heads, you have to do extensions above the head. Search "cable overhead extensions".
@TrollZens

@@nicolasscherrercheck your movements like overhead extension in the mirror. If form is correct, most likely a shoulder stability issue. Usually shoulder instability hinders tricep training for some.

I don't know if you have a video about this, but when doing face pulls my collarbone seems to pop near my pec and its weirding me out. Ive changed to reverse pec dec, but I would still love to fix this somehow.

Crossover Symmetry is great for this, my shoulders never felt better.
Since Sam dropped that video i've been doing that movement as a warmup for my chest days. Huge improvement. I also train it as an exercise now with progressive overload. My shoulders are actually healthy now.

If you actually put them at end of the workout and do sets like 15-40 reps you’ll actually see a lot of progress and way healthier shoulders, training them like any other body part,

My copy of his book Rebuilding Milo arrived today. It’s excellent, tests to assess shoulders etc, and exercises to fix them. The price is the same as one trip to the Physio and we’ll worth it in my opinion. If you like his videos, you’ll love his book. I highly recommend it.

You've helped me a lot, man. I was misdiagnosed in 2016 and over the next 5 years I nearly passed away from undernourishment. 2021-today I've been slowly rebuilding my body, addressing root sources of pains due to the weak muscles and tendons I've been able to correct issues, slowly but surely, due to your info
I love all of your content, helps in the outpatient setting.
“To assist with shoulder stability, you need start with the McGill big 3…” but in seriousness great banded exercises. Jeff Cavaliere introduced these to me. Start every work out with them
Exactly what I have needed for years! Thank you
I was just struggling from this very issue! Thank you for this advice!
Pov: You're the first to go to bed at a sleepover
Thank you to both you and Sam for this great info! I was just training today and had terrible crunchy shoulder pain that made me have to tap out a few times! I've never known what to do about it, so this seems like it'll be very helpful!

Bro. Please. What animation are you using it’s brilliant. Is it an app? Name please. Great content
I really need to do that. One of my shoulders is really crunchy when doing OHP.
It’s very rare that I barbell flat bench press but these definitely do help for that. Honestly it’s one of those exercises not worth the risk for me
Is this recommended for those with a history of shoulder instability as well? Or that's too risky?
It's actually facepull but unilateral 😂
My RS supra spinatous is gone. Do these exercises. Very important
my shoulder gets crunchy doing this very exercise lol
Isn't that similar to the bicep curl problem and the sideways pull thingy?
I need this!
You can also do these with dumbels. Like you stand in a row position and do an similar movement with the arms. I have crunchy shoulders and i think it feels better than the cable version
Mirabai chanu ❤
Also, Bench with a slow and controlled eccentric movement
Really bad form in this exercise from Sulek!
