Hiraeth Furusato - Only Boys Aloud

Only Boys Aloud and a school in Japan have joined together to perform a brand new arrangement featuring folk songs in both Welsh and Japanese. 'Hiraeth' and 'Furusato' tell of the longing or yearning for your homeland. Hiraeth is the sense of being so much a part of a place - and the place, a part of you - that you feel forever incomplete when separated from it.
The 1st of March is St. David's Day in Wales and the anniversary of the singing of the MOU between Wales and Oita Prefecture, Japan.

I have followed Only Boys Aloud since their first performance on BGT. They are a truly amazing organization. Thank you from the American side of the Atlantic.
It takes real talent to sing in another language. It’s not natural or even easy to do. The ABO and their mentors have done something special here. I’m also Japanese American and this performance was pretty awesome. Keep up the outstanding work!

I'm assuming that they are no longer ONLY Boys Aloud as I'm seeing several girls. What beauty their voices bring. I had totally forgotten about the group and how wonderful their voices are.
