    私も体の不調でカイロ整体に行く事がある。幾度に毎回骨盤が歪んで足の長さが違うと言われます。今まで疑うことなく信じてました。山内先生の言われる通り原因は股関節にある 納得しました。有難うございました。

    比較的細い方ですが骨盤の歪みが気になってました。このストレッチと骨盤ストレッチをやったら、毎日少しずつサイズダウンしてます。太っていたのでは無く、老廃物が溜まっていたのだと実感。今まで何をやってもお尻の下のたるみや下腹が無くならなかったのですが、どんどん減ってます。顔のたるみも減ってきたのでこの先の効果が楽しみです。

    左足が開いているのですが、座って踵を互いにつけた状態でも、左膝が20度ぐらい開いてしまい、足を外に向かってひねる事ができません。何か改善する方法はありますか?

    左股関節痛があります!左は全く開きません!このストレッチで股関節も良くなりますか?骨盤の歪みで、股関節痛があるのでしょうか?毎日股関節を柔らかくするストレッチを動画見ながらやってます!

    左足を上げるのが、落ちているのと外ひねりがイマイチです。若返りストレッチ苦戦はしていますが、筋肉が働いているので、血行は良くなっています。ありがとうございます。
