Regarding the "lawsuit"... there was never an actual lawsuit filed... as Oli twitted the other day, after obvious Nihilist Blues / Never Go Back similarity, their managers exchanged phonecalls, and Amy said they can just put her in song credits, no need for other actions, as she is a huge fan. So... that's the lawsuit story. I adore this song, especially after hearing what's it about. ❤️🤘 Perfection! A note to Nik Nocturnal: THIS IS HOW YOU REACT TO THIS SONG. Alex is the best!

In this one, Amy Lee is ‘Mother Nature’ while Oli is us humans. It’s saying ‘why are you sinking your fangs so deep into me?’ It’s about climate change and how we just keep taking and taking. So so emotional and sad. One of my favs on the ep. All of it is absolute gold though 🖤

Its actually not uncommon for labels to be the ones suing over copyright violations and the artists not even knowing about or don’t have a choice in the matter since depending on their contracts often labels have more rights to artists music than the actual artists.

My favourite male vocal artist meets one of favourite female vocal artists = pure heaven. Gives me chills every time I listen.
