How did you get the Prism at the bottom? Do you unscrew the bottom, and unscrew the knob/bubble on the prism as well? Such expensive kit i didn't want to start messing with it and breaking it lol

Did it ever happen to you, that the CAD drawing and the control point coordinates on it are mirrored when imported to the PLC 400?

Many times. It is probably one of two things: 1) the CAD file you have and the points CSV you have been given simply do not line up. or 2) You imported your points wrong. For the second option, when you import your points, make sure you choose NEH or ENH for your coordinate order - try them both until they seem to work. And of course make sure you have the right units selected.

@@measuringsystems869 Thank you for your fast response! We also focused on the second case. When using NEH, the points from the CSV were mirrored from left to right. But when we used ENH, all points seemed to be melted together in a single spot, while the coordinates of each point were imported correctly... The stationing in the end did not work either way. I'm going to try to solve this with the hilti support. I let you known what the problem is. By the way, do you use the hilti PROFIS software tool to prepare CAD drawings for the PLC 400, or do you import the drawings directly from a CAD tool to your PLC?

@@HangLooseTT PLC 400 works fine, but I find using AutoCAD to "optimize" them and such much easier at times, simply because of the vast more amount of options for CAD design available in that software. PLO is more of my project and point creation location for the tablet...it's easier to customize points and such. But anything related to CAD, I prefer the drafting software.
