Today is a short video going through one of my first summer workouts. We did 6x 50 second hills. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but very happy with how it went. I ended up feeling really well and having a great day. Hope you all enjoy!

    I should be around 15:45 in my first year of training! 22 with a background in bodybuilding lol. Do you think i have the potential to become elite and maybe break 14 super long term?
