Back in January of 1975 at the University of Oklahoma I was on full track scholarship doing workouts on the golf course preparing for the upcoming indoor season. And this takes me back to that time. The Razorbacks became a dynasty and the Coach there would win Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor season. My wife and I attended two indoor meets and took our youngest daughter to the second one. And then in 2009 my wife and I went to the Outdoor Championship and it was state of the art. The meet was ran professionally all the events, the competition 😊 was great. And the way this coach takes pride in his team makes believe there going to be more championships for the Razorbacks. And on the campus all the arenas are close to each other which makes convenient to the fans. The place is beautiful nestled in those mountains. LB (Boomer Sooner) December 28, 2022 Wednesday..

Andrew Taborsak hills aren't supposed to have insane incline, unless you're working on acceleration. The purpose of the workout is to improve running economy, so its a smart play by the coach to do the "hill" workout with a slight grade. And believe me, there are plenty of steep hills in AR.......
