Smith is like Tom Brady, his ball isn't the fastest or longest but it's put exactly where it needs to be when it needs to be. He's like a point guard who gets the ball to his scorers consistently... or maybe a 9 who gets it to his teammates 😊

I got it wrong about Coles - I was of a mind that he was over the hill - but what a great game he had.

Lets just say.....WE BACK BABY! Masterclass. DMac probably the missing piece for so long. Once Telea comes in, we can then look at a strong bench. I wonder if we could have Ardie off the bench to create spark in the forwarsa 2nd half. Or Frizz. Either way, we missed this All Blacks team! Woo. Excited for the World Cup. Will be the most competitive world in history. 2nd tier are now closing the gap eg. Georgia, italy, Fiji. ABS back at the top would be neat. Lesgoooo boys!

Must say - AB are looking very dangerous, just like the Springboks. You just can't coach for speed: The speed of the passes, offloads and most of the players looking ready to hit the line at speed with tackle breaks. Great to watch. In the past, it looked a touch slower and the players a bit more lethargic. Love the high octane workload. Argentina played a little like Australia, a fraction of a second late to every contest in both defence and attack.

we're seeing some of the gameplan now SA strong set play and go forward for the forwards. & All Blacks a little go forward from the forwards but outwide play and hands/speed is what I saw (which would be hard with stronger defense that SA, Ireland & France presents). Great gauge next week but a slight advantage to the home team.

Not a bad showing up this, I was surprised at the scoreline and had expected Argentina to be much more competitive, especially being at home. DM at 10, seems to be a good choice, bar the little mistake at beginning and running sideways initially, could be what NZ need to move forward, because sometimes you never know what he is going to do and that against big defences may be a big thing going into RWC. The forward pack continues to impress me, bossing the Argentinians about was a nice thing to see and Coles was strong. Overall, good play by NZ, slick handling, good skills, second half was a bit less owned by NZ, but overall, for first hit out of the year, good and WELL DONE.

His defence is hot cold as well

DMAC has to stay. Richie's never consistently had the backline pumping. McKenzie could be a unicorn in regards to what he brings. Any gap that opens up around him and he's gone. Has a great boot. Great at reading the game. Fast accurate pass. He reminds me of the guy at the touch field that always makes everyone around him so much better. No other team has the attacking talent of a DAMC at 10. Combine that with Jordy, Reiko, Will and who ever else they select and you've got a potent attacking backline. We just need the forwards to front up and we'll have a good shot at the cup.

What no 10 in world rugby has is DMACs pace and ability to break the field open game in and game out. All I'm saying is give him a chance before the RWC starts.

NZer here. Ok, Argentina may have lost this one but I still have *huge* respect for them (as I do for Ireland now too - they're a real "danger team"!). Barrett had an average year form wise,I'd struggle to put him in game day squad.....

The best first 40 minutes of rugby in the past couple of years. It was great to see them not drop the ball and fight and attack everything. B.B is where he should be, more dangerous in 15 than 10. The team was solid and pleasing to watch.

BB showed how good this All Black is, along with Dane Coles and Aaron Smith. Those experienced players made a statement to not forget them.
