I haven't seen any with this long of a reach still sold. The "scissor high lift" is still available, but haven't seen one "exactly" like this. We used one for loading hay in the field before having a second loader for years... They do have their uses.

Looked like it might be a little heavier built frame and should work great. Make sure you limit 3pt sway (blocks or bars) you want a little movement but a 1000 lb bale out there with 2 ft of sway is a lot of shock and things will break.

@@massey375 yep. I didn't have it tight enough once and broke the 3/4 grade 5 bolt used on the main pivot, replaced it with a drawpin.

You can still buy them online, I was looking at them the other day

I can find the Farm Show article online and a company comes up under the name and address. But can't find if they still sell them or if anyone sells this exact design. Quite a few other companies with similar designs, lots to choose from.
