High Chaparral was a family tradition at my house. Watched it every week with my dad. Good times back then with great movies and tv shows.

High Chapparal has brought entertainment and joy to three generations in my family. Now, I am introducing my grandchildren to the show. I am thankful to all actors, staff, and all those involved with the show then and those who continue to present it on INSP and any other places.

Buck n Mano was the reason I watched it. The show wouldn't be anything without them.

The High Chapirall was truely a great show!

Rudy Ramos' premier performance of Geronimo at the High Chaparral Reunion in Tucson this year was absolutely amazing. Heartwrenching, compelling and haunting are a few words to describe this beautifully performed and unforgettable masterpiece. Everyone should see it. Thank you, Mr Ramos!

l watch the High Chapparel every day and at weekends..followed it since my young days..Don is one cool dude..you guys are amazing..thankyou.

I had a crush on Rudy Ramos. Wrote him a fan letter, but nothing came of it. LOL!

Used to watch it in the bbc in the late 60s and early 70s

I miss the show very much.... I used to see the show when I was a young boy in my country and now I live in United State and I do not understand why people hardly like cowboy movies..

Great show, still at 10:00 a.m. on 364 INSP.

If people took the time to actually watch many of these shows that aired after the Civil Rights Era they would see how other races were portrayed in a positive way. Leif Garrett's character as the ranch owner wanted peace between the whites and apache. They also brought up the suffering of the peions ( the poor mexicans) and showed their struggles. When the episode about the Buffalo Soldiers aired it was like a history lesson. They were portrayed in a respectful, gallant way and were men of honor. Remember the lesson of profiling. Just like most people from the Black, Mexican, Native American and all other ethnic groups, most white people want equality for all Americans as well.
