Just love Linda. I have watched High Chaparall since the beginning and here I am watching it again on CBS Action aired in the UK, 2017. Such a beautiful lady and a very good actress.

Linda Cristal played an amazing character, soft, gentle, well spoken and yet strong and tough when the occasion demanded it. Victoria Cannon was no delicate flower. And that made her all the more beautiful.

RIP Linda Cristal. And thanks for all the great memories!

Linda Crystal was beautiful, talented and very humble and kind from what I have read. A classy lady, she passed on at 89 in her CA home. I still watch this show on METV.

This beautiful and lovely lady could stand up against any of the most beautiful women of today!!!....i don't know how she was in real life as a person, but her character on the show could melt any man's hart .from the different expressions of her beautiful face from sad to very happy, she brightens my day for sure!!

The scene where Billy Blue kisses Victoria, thereby accepting her present to him and also her calling herself his mother was so priceless and heartwarming. She knew he missed his mother, never tried to take her place but she wanted so much for him to accept her being his mother. She never gave up on that. A good role model for stepmothers.

Absolutely right, she was also really worried about John's first wife, she (Victoria) went to Annelee's grave to pray for her. All the High Chaparral characters are good people, but Victoria is arguably the most loving and giving of them all. A courageous gutsy woman, a peacemaker and a great beauty.

Among the elements that set that series apart from the run-of-the-mill: the relationships between Victoria and Blue and between Victoria and Buck.

Before there was Selma Hayek was this beauty.A favourite western growing up and characters especially Victoria.

well acording to WIKI she is 82 years old today . i really cant say how much i enjoyed watching her in the high chaparral, she was a pure beauty ,really something to rest your eyes on.

Lee Francis The geniuses at the INSP. channel have thought that it would be a good idea to stop showing reruns of The High Chaparral as of March 2,2020. They replaced it with Gunsmoke and Alias Smith and Jones.

According to me, she is the most beautiful woman that ever lived. I have been obsessed with her since childhood.

I read somewhere (probably a Lamparski's "Whatever Happened to" book) that Ms. Cristal was one of these actors like Van Williams who saved all her acting paychecks. Later she invested in some risky stocks and became very wealthy. The last time I saw her on TV was in a "Fantasy Island" episode.

Sensible woman. I wonder what she is doing now, and why she doesn't attend any of the High Chaparral reunions? However I expect it is because she wants the world to remember her as she was when she played Victoria. She must be in her 80-s by now.
