Hi-point will give you a new ejector key and recoil spring, never have that problem again, My JXP-10 runs great

I'd honestly go for the G1.

I'm increasingly thinking that G1 Hi Points are the way to go - almost no reports of issues like this.

Ok, so the gun requires a break in period so it not going to perform well right now the box. After the break in period it runs great. Take it apart and clean and lubricate it and it will run great. Also, a company called M Carbo makes a reduced sear spring that will bring the trigger weight down significantly. This guy in the video has no clue.

Clean and lubricate it properly and I'll bet its a different story.

Well, I own one, over 500 rounds and I never had an issue.

Yeah the new generation, regardless of caliber, seems to be hit or miss, glad you got a good one.

TFBtv was having problems with the new generations, it’s pretty well established that the new design isn’t near as reliable as the original hi points, I’m saying that as most hi points function, so if 85% function in the new generation, it’s a downgrade.
