With the Undying Sands and Bottled Sea expansions already in print, I can absolutely imagine a world where they do an snow themed set too.

This is so cool. I’m hoping to run a hexcrawl again and it’d be fun to use this

just got mine. worth every penny. now i can create my own solo osr campaigns with 1e DnD as i have always dreamed. i will also be using these for my gaming group as well. i love the fact that you have enough ocean tiles to create a full seaborne adventure as well. also you have the double sided basic terrain that flips to a landmark if needed.

I love this thing! One thing about mine, after punching out all the tiles, I put them and all the materials back in the box and it's slightly less closed than it used to be. Just recently the black paper sleeve came unglued from the pressure, so now I have no way to keep the box closed. I super glued the paper sleeve back together so hopefully that will hold, but...

How do you store them? I don't have this yet but I was thinking of printing a holder and storing them upwards like a row of poker chips.

@@OnslaughtSix Good luck. As I said, I don't have these yet but you should be able to quickly test it by standing one up. This way no need to design/print the holder if the top doesn't close on them.

@@RoseKindred The holder/slipcover is still necessary as the box doesn't hold together at all when it's off. It's very loose, not tight like a board game box.

i'd like to see an actual play vid using this box

I have my own set but they are textured and printed. I like how these are flat and you can place markers and miniatures on them. Such as placing a miniature over the tile and saying: "Lord/Lass owns this forest." when the players get more information for the quest.

This kit looks so solid, and I am extremely tempted to buy it. Seems like an easy way to get a hexcrawl game up and running. Dare I spend $120 CAD on this?...
