You don’t have to come from good stock to be polite you can have terrible parent’s and still be polite and kind a child observe’s the world around them and notice’s how other people treat each other and then they make up their own mind if they want to be polite , kind ,or respectful obviously that boy chose respectful and I’m sure he’s probably polite and kind.

Seeing this man and how bonded he clearly is with his children puts a lot of men to shame. As it should. I love how relaxed they all are. Dad leads the way in who they will be in the future. It's such a beautiful thing to see. 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞

Putting *certain* men to shame, certainly. Certainly not the other good men in lots of other videos of animal rescues. Now, putting lazy fishermen to shame (!), I certainly think he's done that. I'm trying to remember the old saying.. "Being male is a matter of birth. Being a man is a matter of choice."

Unfortunately, that bird was the extremely rare southern green tufted warbler. That green gob was it's frontal lobe that it uses to fly with.

That's an Anhinga, a water bird, which is why it went underwater to try to escape - glad this bird was able to be helped.

That father has given those boys several of lifes lessons all in one - how to be a hero just being one of them. He also taught them to do the right thing, even though it can be exhausting; have compassion for others, even the smallest and weakest; that some things are worth doing even though it doesn't benefit you in any way; that any life is worth saving, regardless of species. Lastly, than spending time with your dad can be fun, and create lasting memories for a lifetime that you can tell your friends about for years to come.
