Hard to say, most were more depressing than fun, to be honest.

That happened near where I live. They parked close to the river when it was much lower, and crossed on foot, and a flash flood came through and in less than a minute the river was uncrossable and kept rising until it washed the jeep away. All they could do was watch.

If a rock is usually under water at a natural lake or river, its gonna be slippery. How do people not know this?
