In bedrock all drowned drop at the java trident drowned rate, and bedrock trident drowned are even better. I have like 12 tridents spare just by living on a beach. We also get Trident killers, so we need all those extra tridents.

Yeah It would be kinda like a trident train station. Get onto the water block platform, aim towards the next water platform via a block indicator in the sky and let it rip. Also since it would be consistent you would only need a single water source block.

Tip: When being in the gliding/flying animation of the elytra, the power which you throw the trident will increases by a lot for some reason. So when you get an elytra don't just shoot up in the air then deploy the elytra, jump in the water with the elytra in flying animation. So even with the riptide trident, an elytra is extremely helpful.

Drowneds don't respawn in ocean ruins! They only spawn there when the structure generates! Once u kill them, they will not respawn! But the drowneds who originally spawned there will not despawn!

Cold ocean biomes have the highest spawn rate for Drowned, remember you are also playing on a sever and the hostile mob spawn cap is split between all players, that being said the best method is to hunt in cold oceanes when you are thr only person online, night vision helps and water breathing is a plus aswell

Something that'd add to both the game experience and decoration of the base is adding waterfalls

That's a great idea!

One reason I like the hermits so much is because of all of their unique voices on top of their entertaining gameplay, it’s like watching the best TV show ever with the possibility to watch from every character’s POV!

I now know Stress' favourite flower. Thank you Iskall, I shall hold on to that information until the end of time for no reason whatsoever.

I think it's a really cool effect how the riptide pods basically make invisible pathways through the base. Specific paths to get to specific areas, but you can't see them. Awesome setup.

Honestly, I still think that the trident should be a reward for clearing the ocean monument, with each Elder Guardian dropping one, or alternatively each one drops a prong and you can craft a trident with all three prongs

I’ve legitimately gotten tridents within the first in game week, multiple play throughs in a row, simply by trying to build a farm next to water. They always seem to spawn with tridents when you’re trying to plant seeds.

1) I have no idea what edition, it was on Switch 2) true it wasn’t a server so that def effected spawn rates, and 3) it was so annoying being sniped from areas you couldn’t light up in early game because you didn’t have a bucket to farm away from water 🤣😭

Ur probably on bedrock he is on Java, tridents are super easy to get on bedrock

pro tip : whenever you break the minecart the entity will always goes to one block right!

I still remember the first time I ever got a trident. I had found a trident drowned stuck inside of a sunken village but on land. The zombie was glitched in a one block space of water and would not attack me. I killed him with an unenchanted iron sword and got the trident. Oh boy was it funny.

Imagine a shop where there were exclusive stock for people who have tridents. The only way you could get to the floor is by trident. Then maybe a third floor (or more) that’s only accessible by elytra. No water pad to get up there. Maybe a hole in the roof for easy and landing access aswell as the entrance for all on the floor. Not sure why you’d want classes essentially but oh well. I’ve also been toying with the idea of a token currency based shop. You can set worth for amounts of items, they pay those items and then get to buy stuff. Allows you to take currency such as copper, diamonds, netherite and even leaves if you want. Maybe obsidian too.

Iskall instead of putting a 2x2 hole of water in the ground put 1 single water above ground and put 4 buttons or pressure plates around it.... I personally use that and it's really effective

I think you should put indicators in the sky so you can line up your trident perfectly for the pods !

iskall: every log on the third **proceeds to place on the fourth**

Tip for the water pools: put bottom slabs around the outside of the pool, instead f full blocks. That way, you can still land halfway inside the water and not die!

The story format for the trident quest was really great. Also, if you're loving the riptide already, just wait until it rains! :)

There is something super soothing about your swap from commentary to immediate silence with just in game sounds.

Drowneds only spawn in darkness so hunting them during the daytime is a bad idea because then they will only spawn in the deepest part of the oceans that get dark enough for them to spawn
