@@DuduDruidDotCom I do wonder what Iskall actually thinks Pacific is. The whole point of it from the outset was to sell many many items, but using redstone type services. He sees a wall of chests, repeated thrice, and then doesn't know what it is. And instead just builds a floor of sand without actually talking to his partner.

@@DuduDruidDotCom Well Mumbo has been undertaking a pretty large home renovation that included tearing off the roof and installing glass in its place so I know he has said he hasn't had much opportunity to be online or at a computer.

why would that break it? its only one observer and now a floor-/ceilingblock below it. piston push limit is 12, so the machine will break the ceiling and not the other way around.

It didn't help that last season that Mumbo barely helped with it. Grain didn't know how to stock it even though Grian seemed to gather most of the items and Iskall only checked up on it every so often. The place was always out of stock. This time they don't have Grian to gather the stuff for them so if they even stock it once...

The other observer will push the block out of the way, it basically marks which shopping slots have been used and which haven't. #UnintentionalFeature

@@mcu6023 but since the block being pushed out of the way is also the ceiling of the floor below, it's going to create a line of lowered blocks that will be visible from underneath. The whole concrete layer needs to be lowered by one so that the observer can lower and raise cleanly.

ISKALL the “centerpiece” as you call it IS the shop. You guys put the product in the chests and then when a customer presses the button it buys that item. So your catwalks would be more for decoration than anything else.

Iskall, I had an idea you may like. The pink felt sort of like a sunset, which was perfect for that room. What if you did a blue or cyan ceiling for one of the rooms and used staggered glowstone to simulate stars? I'm sure you could make a beautiful build with a starry night themed ceiling!

I love Pacific, the theme is great, the use of vibrant colors is amazing, and I wish more people would go "out there" like this on big builds

To answer your question-Pacific is an ambitious store/theme park on a diaper island with squeeks :)

Can't wait for the moment when Mumbo tells Iskall that the "Centerpiece" is the shop itself XD

That Scene where he got stuck was like the scene in finding Nemo where he carries the pebble through the filter in the fish tank

Ideally for the shop floors, I think you should use sand along with a mixture of white glass and normal glass around the walls so it's like the foam of the water and the normal glass just let's you look through to the sea so you've got like wall, white glass (sea foam) normal glass (just to see through the layer to the light blue concrete (the sea/ocean) beneath) and then the sand as the beach in the center with the walkways and trees on it.
