GM, don't be discouraged. You can always decline and I don't think it will be against you. I went into store to pick up one thing, my SA showed me a few SLG on the phone that they think I would be interested in, I immediately refused them and said I would rather get my quota bag first and then add SLG that may match it not the other way around and hot an offer the same day! BTW I still didn't take the slg and it was not a problem. Don't be discouraged, you're doing great. ❤

Don’t worry or stress about turning things down. I’ve done it several times. I just turned down a Kelly 32 in a pretty pink color she said matched my sandals but I told her it was too big and she understood. Stick to what you really want Amiga. ❤

You did good. Only purchase what you love. Over time your SA will see your style and can offer you what you actually want. It takes time and prespend/relationship. They will keep an eye out for you on incoming stock. Also store seniority counts. Gold/Gold is extremely popular so just be patient

Don't worry about turning down stuff from hermes.ive turned down a birkin 30 and a constance in ostrich. Buy when you are ready and happy with everything. I just got a picotin 18.a cashmere shawl.gaby 60 sandal and Calvi duo in vert yucca.

The scarf is amazing! The number of items I declined in Hermès, even a quota bag. It’s fine, there’s nothing wrong with it, it had never impacted my offers. Actually, it helps my SA to know what I like and dislike. I’m getting better offers because of it!

I think you did good by turning down the rodeo that way she understands your style and what colors you like better and it shows how genuine you are in your “journey” and you’re not buying just to have a good pre spend. I turned down the picotin with silver hardware and got the gold the day after so it definitely pays off!

I’m totally right there with you with the frustration on the “Hermes journey” I did turn down a Lindy handbag, no regrets but I did worry about how it would effect my quota bag offer. I honestly have no idea when I’ll get my quota bag, if I ever do.. so frustrating. Love your purchases!! Hang in there! 😉

I’ve turned down many things, and I don’t think my SA has ever minded…she seems more like she’s glad to know more of my preferences. I don’t think this will change your timeline at all. After all, you spent on other things!!

It would be ridiculous to buy a charm for a bag that you don’t yet own. You did that right thing turning down the rodeo.

I can understand this. It takes some patience but at the end of it all, its a brand that want to focus on its loyal customer and I can also appreciate this aspect as well.

I think it´s actually great that you declined it because no reseller would turn down a rodeo. Now your SA knows you are not a reseller and that you are buying for yourself. Also, now she knows better about your preferences.
