I’m agreed on the capucines bag/ lady Dior. I like the jumbo single flap on the Chanel and the medium. Loweve with the zipper hidden is a no no and is too bulky

I agree that the Lady Dior and the Cappucines both seem to fussy. I love them but i doubt I’ll buy them. However the Chanel classic flap is my lifelong dream bag. I hope to have it one day.

I love my mini lady Dior p. It’s my fancy occasion bag/easy travel bag. My Chanel’s are my daily go to. I prefer my mini rectangle over medium classic. They are all prior to 2020. The small puzzle is a great grab and go bag especially for travel. It fits so much and not fussy. I crossbody everything.

Hi. First time watching a video. This was fun! Lady Diors are INCREDIBLE. There is a way to attach the crossbody strap so the handles aren't flopping while walking. I have the mini LD in Matte Blush, and it's one of the best purchases I've made. I had to hustle to get mine when they first released the matte line, and it was 100% worth it. 😍I feel that the LD is one of those bags that the diehard fashion girlies are going to get because of our admiration of Princess Diana's style. Bonus, I didn't have to play any bs games like you do at Hermes to get a bag on my wishlist. Chanel flaps are fire, but I understand that not everyone can style them easily. I have the Chanel Trendy CC. It's a great back but once I got a small 19, my Trendy took a back seat. You're taking your life into your own hands by talking about the Puzzle. 😅People ride or die SO HARD for that bag in the handbag lovers' space. I would get a mini, maybe a small, as I heard they can get heavy. I wouldn't turn it down if someone gifted me a Birkin 25. Birkins gets stupid heavy and annoying to walk around with solely top handles. I live in a fast-paced, urban city, so I need to be able to put something on my shoulder. A Kelly 25 or 28 is on my wishlist. I thought I wanted Sellier, but now I think Retourne goes so much better with my vibe (effortless, classic, punk-goes-polished).

Hiiii thank you for all the feedback! You made me laugh at the Loewe! I agree, there are die hard fans out there and there should be, it is a great bag and I have heard Loewe's leather is amazing! So happy the LD worked out for you! Putting all my cons aside, it is a stunning piece! I agree with you on the Kelly, it will def be alot more comfortable in that sense and I think would look super cool if you like the crossbody look for a more casual vibe. I would also go the retourne route since I am a bit more casual with style also 🥰

I agree with you about the lady Dior.. the flap is annoying and the handles look funny when wearing crossbody. Don’t take me wrong it’s a beautiful bag and maybe in the future I will add it to my collection. About the capucines I really like them (the mini size) I think it looks super chic. NOW ABOUT THE CHANEL….. we are going to fight 😂😂😂 I love it the flap bag but it’s not my fave, I rather the 19 or the coco handle. But keep in mind that you can wrap the chain strap and turn it into a top handle. Also I’m a very casual gal and I wear mine with sneakers and jeans. Also I have no complaints about Chanel quality…. Not at all

Mae you should reconsider the puzzle bag. I love it. I have the small one. The zipper for me is smooth and buttery plenty of room in this bag. Think about it. I agree with you on the others.

I also agree with this comment. My Loewe puzzle in small has become my everyday bag. Even a year after owning it I still think about how much I love it every time I use it. I have it in the tan colour and it goes with everything in my wardrobe. It is such a cool functional piece and the size is perfect. Definitely not too big. If it were smaller I would have an issue fitting in everything I need. I love it so much I want another one in a different colour. All the other bags you mentioned I agree with. I don’t understand the appeal of the lady Dior. Too proper and the charms…their saddle bag is equally not for me but in a different way.

I agree with you on most of the bags that you discussed. Although I LOVE the look of the Lady Dior, I think it’s too dressy for me to wear with most of my outfits so I couldn’t justify the cost per wear. I would, however buy the mini size to wear on special occasions, but from the preloved market. The Chanel flap is not my style bc like you, I prefer top handle bags, but I do own a mini rectangle & I love it! I want to like the puzzle bag bc of how much everyone raves about it & I do love Loewe’s leather, but I just don’t think it’s my style. I might try getting a small size on pre owned if I find it at a good price. That way if I regret it, it won’t hurt as much 😅

I respect your views, I do feel the need to defend the mini Lady Dior lmao. I find the lady Dior so easy to use, and the flap is the best part to me. Its quite secure, it literally doesn't let anything fall out even if upside down and you don't have to fiddle with a zip or clasp to get something. I really don't understand people who have an issue with this part since I wouldn't want anything sticking out a bag or risky. Then again, there's a reason I've never been pick-pocketed. and tbh when you wear it cross-body, the handles usually stay up, they don't really flop sideways but my issue was how long the crossbody strap is, fortunately I found a little trick to make it shoulder bag and now I love it so much. Same for my Chanel crossbody classic, I had to find a trick to make it a little higher. IDK why these designers make the crossbody soooo low.

I totally agree with your picks. When it comes to the Lady Dior it just never was a bag that really stood out for me. As for the Chanel bag I never had an interest for it and this is coming from a person who has the same name 😂 . When it comes to the Loewe bag it’s too trendy for me I would rather get the dupe from Amazon then to spend thousands of dollars. That’s just like the Bottega Veneta I like the look of that bag but I refuse to spend the money for a trendy piece.

May, I went to Dior earlier this week & I tried on Lady Diors. Oh my gosh. What a beautiful bag. I wanted to try on the small blush bag & then she took it out in patent leather. I didn’t even know I liked patent leather lol! But the price, 6k. Ouch! xx

@@mrsleyva I hear you. I had the same issue because by comparison, the Small looks huge next to the Mini. But that’s because the Mini is tiny. It is smaller in width than the LV Nano. The small turned out to be such a perfect size. Definitely try it in store. 🙌🏼

You have to put the strap on the outer ring of ghe grommets to get the handles standing. They won't fall over like that

I agree with you completely on everything! I've tried to like Chanel but it just doesn't speak to me lol I really wanted a small white bag and I've contemplated a small white lady dior but those handles not going all the way down has stopped me 😅 lucky for me LV just released a pure white alma bb with a leather strap and that's definitely more my speed! 😁

Yep thats exactly how I felt with Chanel. It just doesnt do it for me & thats totally ok. Ohhh the Alma is sooo beautiful & Im sure in that color will look so chic 🤍

I have been looking at the Lady Dior as a bday bag this year but I do agree with you that it's very expensive and I've seen mixed reviews about the flap. But it's so beautiful. 😊 But aside from that, I think the giant YSL bag would be a hard pass for me. What about a Fendi Baguette? Do you like those?

I totally agree with you on the Lady Dior and Loewe Puzzle bag. The puzzle bag in the Mini size has a very small opening. Add the stiff top handle to the mix and you can barely get your stuff in and out. The next size up, which is the small is too big for my liking as well… so yeah, these are two bags I wouldn’t buy either. 😅

I owned the lady Dior, and not only did I rarely reach for her, but I eventually sold her this year. I agree with everything you mentioned. She just isn’t functional.

Most of the LV Capucines are works of art that are incredibly well made. They are at a much higher price point than Hermes and out of reach for most. If you owned one, you'd see that the flap doesn't get in the way at all and I'm saying that as someone who likes to wear open bags for easy access.
