“… make you less likely to end up developing golfer’s or tennis elbow.” There’s a difference between preventing an issue, and treating an issue that has already presented. Does it improve symptoms if you already HAVE golfers/tennis elbow?

@@xwiggens6741Not necessarily, sometimes you need to do the movement patterns that have injured you, for example I injured my low back on deadlifts and I've pretty much cured it by doing good morning and jefferson curls which challenge you in that exact position I was previously injured, you regress to a level you can comfortably handle and work your way up over weeks and months

As an arm wrestler, you train your pronation and supination alot, it's your biggest weapon on the table. This often leads to distal tendonitis, or elbow tendonitis. Don't overdo this.

Do jm press. Very very light and lots of reps and small weight increases. Clean blood heals. Then use lotion and a butter knife to squish the scar tissue out ans straighten the fibers.

if you already have TE or GE, this exercise is likely to aggravate the condition. you're correct in that you need to work on the forearms.. but since its a result of already-present muscle spasms - these need to be deep-friction massaged/rolled or pummelled, in order to release the chronic knots. so do that first before adding insult to injury. the strengthening, as you describe, can come later.

Anything like that, which can be used to apply deep self-massaging pressure to the muscle masses at the top of the forearms. Also when I do push ups there is a loud click from the same elbow. It doesn’t bother me much apart from when I do push ups or raise a heavy object above my head. Thanks Tom :)

If you have like nerve damage or a scar somewhere in ur arm or sides of body or underneath or above scapula, then do the STEM electrode thing. It'll make you less tight and you will feel like you have more rotation. You obviously have to stretch though

Tennis elbow is usually due to muscle imbalance and tight muscles that lead to micro injuries due to repeated stressor like hitting the ball constantly in tennis. Stretching and balancing out the muscle will make this disappear. I used to use elastic bands to have my kids develop fast twitch muscles in their arms and the ones that did the exercises lazily and didn't do them at home always complained after matches while the ones that were using the tools I have them zero issues.
