'Hemi-Synthesis' | Hemispheric Synchronization | IQ Increase Brainwave Tool

Ойын-сауық

Download for FREE @ www.isonaural.com/?download=he...
The aim of this audio is to assist in creating a whole-brain state known as hemispheric synchronization. This is where both left and right hemispheres work together in a state of unity and coherence.
A balanced whole brain state can lead to;
An increase in your ability express yourself creatively
A greater ability to focus on study and other complex tasks
Better sleep, by reducing mental chatter/ruminations
An increase in information retention
An ability to enter medidative states quickly
A reduction in stress
A discovery of innate talents that have so far remained unconscious
Instructions: Sit or lie comfortably with your headphones on, and ensure you won't be disturbed for the next 20 minutes. Listen once a day for 20-30 days and report back with your results. While entrainment will have a positive effect when listened to passively, you can supplement it with one of the following methods:
*Image Streaming: Let your imagination run wild (right brain activity) and describe out loud what you 'see' (left brain) - studies have shown that this is a really powerful method for increasing IQ. It takes advantage of the brain's plasticity by helping build new neurological connections. Do a google search on image-streaming for more details. Also look up 'neuro-plasticity'.
*White light visualisation - imagine an orb of light panning along in unison with the bilateral frequency. As body and mind are interconnected, any positive visualisation will naturally create a positive feedback loop.
Are you left or right brain dominant? Take the test here: testyourself.psychtests.com/bi...
This audio uses a narrow range of frequencies from 5 to 8hz over the course of 20 minutes. Both isochronic tones and binaural beats are used. The binaural uses a carrier of 69.3hz while that of the iso is 277.18hz The duration is 20 mins in length. If you'd prefer to listen without white noise, click on this time-stamp: 20:17
These audios are not intented to be used as a replacement for the care or advice of your physician. If you believe you have a medical issue please consult your health care provider.

Been doing this for 3 days and I already feel much less brain fog. I found it much easier to focus on the tone towards the end when it really speeds up, almost euphoric at that point.

I have been listening to this for two days. Brain fog has gone. I am so much clearer. I have quietened the chatter in my mind and people are responding to me better. My visualization is much more vivid and I am able to solve problems a lot more quickly. It is definitely having a good effect.

It’s really good to do brain synchronization for about 30mins daily with headphones if possible. What happens is one hemisphere has a different frequency and the other has another frequency to sync both together. This will make you more productive!

You can either meditate on the tone, or you can use the image streaming technique (see the description). If your mind wanders during meditation, just snap your focus back to the iso-tone. This may be difficult at first but it'll get easier over time.

I don’t know, and wouldn't want to comment on whether any synchronisation of hemispheres is going on. I will say that in a practical sense, they do put me in a more relaxed and more focussed state. I use them to help with my insomnia, with the lack of attention span and focus I sometimes suffer at work, uneven moods, and general relaxation and winding down. I'm not really bothered whether this is psychological, some actual mechanical effect on the brain or what-have-you. It helps me.

When i first started the first half of the video with the first method, it felt like tension was building up and i could sense more of being alive. After that, i began to feel weightless, and suddenly it was like my body was vibrating up and down rapidly, and my head was kinda humming. Then when the first half of the video was over, i began the other method, and the sensation disappeared. But i was really an awesome feeling. I can't wait to see what will happen in 20-30 days :)

Brainwave entrainment (and even meditation) has been shown to increase the number of connections in the brain through a process called neuro-plasticity. If you read the description you'll find another technique that can be used to reinforce this effect. The idea is to allow the two sides of the brain to communicate more efficiently with each other.

I am on my fiance's youtube, I am Katarinagiselle. My question for you is, can the practice of listening to frequency, binaural beats, and isochronic tones help with ptsd, blocked memories, anxiety, trauma, ect? More over, can they help with Autoimmune Diseases and (aside from the emotional and mental symptoms) physical symptoms. I have heard that different frequencies, binaural beats and isochronic tones actually can have remarkable physical effects such as ridding the body of infections, cell renewal and regeneration, helping organs, skin, teeth, ect. This is hard to believe especially with such little info being available out there, but I do believe it is much more complex than a 'placebo effect'. Our bodies and minds are synergistic and I have hope and would like to believe that practicing meditation along with listening to these things can help me in multiple ways. Thanks in advance for responding as it's much appreciated! Also, if you know of any videos, info, articles, case studies out there on the web that can give me more insight--I am more than interested! Thank you!! 😀

Also, when I hum or sing or make the same sound or tone while listening to this, when the frequency gets to the middle of my brain, I feel an extreme vibration & feels as if the frequencies or tones are the same and vibrate together on the same frequency or tone. When it goes further to the right or left, it fades, but as it reaches the middle of my brain, I feel a very strong & intense vibration throughout my brain, head, chest area. It sounds crazy but the vibrational sound / tone / frequency feels really good physically and feels very harmonic. I am a huge skeptic of everything so I am very shocked right now.

When you hum or OM that also syncs up the left and right brain if you hit the right frequency or frequencies which I've found to be the best practice before I meditate. What you felt was your Chi energy, Ka in other cultures. Soul in ours. There's ways to release that energy more and more often, even be able to feel it the whole duration of your meditation. Research Chi energy, Increasing your chi energy and OM chant binaural beats on KZread and welcome to a new world. This means you are doing it correctly! Vibrations can heal also and have positive effects on your mood and mental awareness and creativity. I was a monk back home in Bangkok in 2005 and we have the same vibrational effects whilst quitely humming our personal two syllable mantra to the sound of '100 hz frequency' also on KZread.

Do you use affirmation words for this or just use the frequency tones to synchronize both side of brain?

How is this brainwave entrainment track different from the others, in that it stimulates communication between the two hemispheres ? In other words, is brainwave entrainement in general stimulating that communication OR did u make a specific design that is known to do that ? With kind regards

I listen to this one a lot, it makes me happy, I love the beeps, I would not know what it does since I am already a happy go lucky person. Maybe because I am ambidextrous but I did recommend this to a friend and she said she was shocked that she was so positive the whole day. I hope she will continue. This does give me a good case of the giggles and my cat rolls his eyes, lol, good luck everyone, stay positive and progressive.

So it comes down to you trying to mimic meditation effects on the brain ? As meditation stimulates brain integration, you try to mimic the same effect with this audio ?

Would be interesting to use EEG tech to test to see how much hemispheric brain coherence is produced using this sound pattern

Best EEG system I'm aware of that would be suitable for quantifying hemispheric brain coherence is the MindMedia Nexus system (of which there are three at present, Nexus-4, 10, and 32) plus the Biotrace software. You can see a demo of it by searching for *EEG alarik*.
