I have ADD, IQ of 121, very analytical and work in a scientific field. I look for scientific evidence before believing or discarding any claims that subliminal or binaural beats are effective for the claims they make. Whether it is the calming sounds, the binaural beats or the power of suggestion, meditation music does seem to have some scientifically proven evidence to change the chemistry in the brain to increase endogenous neuropeptides (i.e. endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin) and reduce stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. I listen to two different binaural meditation beats simultaneously and it does have some positive benefits. If you have read up to this point without getting bored, the one piece of advice to give is listen to the same binaural meditation music consistently for 30 days and think positively everyday of your life. You will reset your brain to release neuropeptides and suppress neuroendocrine hormones.

And what does a big brain like you do in the scientific field? Neurosteriods are not a bad thing which you imply in your statement, which makes me question its validity.

Well. After a long time of meditating on and off with various binaural beats from around the web, this one is pretty effective. This time I sat cross legged as opposed to lying down. For the first time I could feel my whole body getting like, tuned up. Very vibrational, but inwardly vibrational. Hard to explain. Not literally vibrating, but my mind felt like it. Brighter and brighter under my eyelids. I think it was around towards the end I began to see what appeared to be my own eyes, brow, and bridge region staring back at me. Very very interesting experience. Felt very collected afterwards. Thank you.

You don't use drugs when listening to this. By listening, you are lowering the frequency of the brain to something more relaxing. If 12-16 hz is closer to what people experience by default, then entraining it to 9 hz will push them from beta to alpha brain waves. Beta is the frequency of activity, restlessness, etc., while alpha is a bit lower and deeper, like you might feel watching a movie. Then down around 4 hz, that is theta, and is associated with sleeping, though if you are awake and put the brain frequency there, you won't likely fall asleep, unless you want to. That is often the frequency of a trance or divination (though the really spooky hallucinations and all can occur at a much higher or lower frequency). When below that are delta and epsilon (even lower than delta), and those are the frequencies of deeper sleep. Again, you can experience those while awake, though you will likely feel sleepy from listening to them. And while headphones are advised for best results, you can sometimes get by with stereo speakers if they are trained the right way and you get the "shimmering" effect. It is that "shimmering" sensation that causes the mental effects.

Having played this at a much slower speed , I was able to hear a much different sound and affect that was not heard in the normal playing speed . And was able to get a much deeper affect in my meditation that had a profound effect in how fast I was able to achieve the deep level of awake yet asleep mental condition . I was looking for in my martial arts visual perfection prior to training and self awareness practice . To be able to outperform others by simply being aware of others actions before they are able to respond with a well rehearsed attack . Something I was aware of but had not realized how this could of been enhanced by a deeper body language and visual key tactics. That are naturally being projected by being well tuned to a higher perception. That is also enhanced in personal relations and non verbal communication by non verbal mental expression that by carefully connecting with the type of personality that one can by meditation able to quickly adjust ones own energy level and interests to allow deeper relations that are better in tune with the specific personality that slofies openness and energy increase between the unspoken level of neurolinguistic interaction. That is much faster in its applications even between the sexes . However I understand it’s difficult for some to understand such effects . But in any case the ability to Discern ones interactions are much stronger with a deeper and rapidly applied with those specific frequency’s and practice of the breathing and mental preparation of the manrole box of erasing outside influences , and self hypnosis. That even with shared practices with color and visual explanations to allow one to share and explore ones very slight visual effects. Brings the mind into a practice of rapid and very tuned visual clues that allow even changes in frequency’s to be visually presented that can add to the clues to one experienced to detect the subtle clues that are affecting one having problems but not yet advanced in understanding the clues of the color effects that one must share in his own words to his real time expressing experiencing third eye effects . That in time will also allow a much higher ability of helping others to find unseen personal situations that may be distracting from ones ability to achieve a rapid high level of experience with the highest level of results . That is achieved in what some many take decades of hundreds of hours of practice . That may be perfected in such a high level of personal achievements. That today’s use of specific and medically targeted frequency’s. That are carefully prepared with a very experienced practice , that connects ones spiritual self correctly and aware of Unkown behavior practices of others that may allow open doors to things that one is not fully armed to protect oneself from . Just as drugs can cause bad influence to become harmful . But prayer in meditation with a pure heart of a spiritual focused strength . Only provides the results that are clearly shown as a proper and profoundly guided by results that even others will find you are blessed to have been progressed to a higher level of wisdom and ability’s that continue to also be a blessing and a inspiration to others . Without even trying to produce those affects . Frequency targeting and meditation are even being added to visual training to top global Olympic athletes to perfect ones best achievements . And I have been very fortunate to have been near the Colorado Springs. National Olympic training center . And the University of Colorado medical school . That I have worked over three years with . Sports Psychologist that have provided additional support to the exciting fields of professional advanced training on the worlds top sports professionals , that my added frequency and visual dynamics are really becoming a way that the future will soon be playing a large part of medical care . Especially with the modern use of brain scans to provide the evidence that can’t be disputed . As so much in the past that biased research had refused to even study . Except for the military who were seeing very profound rewards in the performance of those who had long ago been a part of testing many decades ago . And still are doing those study’s for a good reason . But like any medicine one has to be safe about the powerful use of non oral medicine . And have a professional document the training and effects to allow others to also benefit and show the safe practices for the best results over large numbers of those being a part of this most advanced practices . That should also have a medical team playing a part in writing a paper about the amazing study’s of the future treatments and professional training for Olympic sports .

+Andrea my tinnitus is age-related nerve changes that cause me to respond very favorably to vitamin B-1. while I am not a proponent of mega vitamins, in this case, that is exactly what works becuase the B-1 tabs are 6,600+% MDR tabs. I just use the cheapest ones I can find from sprawl mart for about $4 a bottle of 100 tabs. I take one to three tabs a day as needed. There is no cure for tinnitus, but it appears to be a food related effect. It really works.

I am relaxed. This didnt charge me up. Instead im sitting here and feel like i could drift off to sleep. I hear 2 frequencies atleast. The rain has its own frequency as well as 2 different beats. I would like to slow it down just a hair bit. Soothing i feel pains in my body from various injuries im dealing with. Im hoping and praying this sound is connecting with all of me for healing purposes. Cancer, diverticulitis, i.b.s. , possible heital hernia at very top of stomach plus rib ligament damage all the way around both sides of rib cage with prominant pain on left where the actual hit occurred. My heart is beating a bit faster now even though i still feel so relaxed. 21 minutes in.

So, I've never tired this before. Recommended for my stress. Slapped my cans on sitting at my desk and immediate sensation "on the top of me." So everything that's facing up? Top of head, arms, shoulders, thighs. I tried again and turned the volume up but laid down on the couch next to me. Immediate sensation topside again (my front now) but my eyes started darting all over the place while they were closed. Sounds weird but i think i was looking at a bottom to top rotating sphere made up of concentric rounded triangles. Almost as if i was following a rolling marble. But all of the lines were vague or gray? I had to stop because my eyes started to hurt and i got concerned about ads randomly! 🤣 How are people commenting they write with this on in the background? Though relaxing it's extremely intense! I dont know if this helps some study in the future. I don't know what this means😂

Just to let you know the effect this particular song had on my brain and consciousness....I was asleep and dreaming. As soon as this song came on, it woke me up from a deep sleep after only five and a half hours of sleeping. I would say it brings consciousness for sure, even though that's not quite what I wanted at the time, but at least I awoke and got to try an oobe exit strategy! :)

Magnetic Minds yes, since that happened, I have arranged my tracks in a particular order so that my delta waves should come in while I am dreaming, so I can either have a lucid dream, from which you can astral project. Or if I wake up, I can try to use the sleep paralysis to project from. Thanks for the inspiration!

+Reachingfor12thD I was listening to one recently and cannot find it now. I went to sleep and very vividly started dreaming. The difference this time, as I had my headphones in, was that I was actually controlling my dreams very clearly. I even woke myself up after probably twenty minutes. Typically I start dreaming pretty quickly after going to sleep but this was definitely new.
