Physical effects - after listening to a 40hz video my tinnitus was cured in one hour after 15 years of annoyance. I wasn't even able to hear it half the time while I did the dishes, etc. I then listened to others. 528 hz has a calming effect. I did feel it but not strongly. Then I tried 10100hz while I was meditating. It helped so much. I was able to work with the energy much easier. I often perform qi gong or visualization healing methods with 10100hz. The first time I heard it I could feel the slight pressure on my third eye. Super exciting. There is so much more to life than I was taught in school. Vibration and energy are the keys to understanding.

If you have not done so yet check out Gregg Braden. Find your ride and sefaggio frequencies. (Misspelled it but I'm laying sideways and have tremors 😢 If you think positive and be greatful things sort of attract themselves to you. Can't always do that 24/7 so finding peace within the chaos is something to learn. Breath work (wilm Hoff) and tai chi have done wonders for me. You may also seek a reiki healer God bless and good luck Stay consistent if you can.

Yes! this was exactly what I needed. My heart and mind are often at odds and I want them to be connected so that it can help within my healing as well.

So thankful for this channel. Its no mistake that i ran into this channel. I was listening to a podcast and the host and guest were talking about gamma brain waves and how they could heal your body. They further discussed about coherence between heart and brain. This came on time because I am going thru some challenges and listening to this as therapy is helping me deal with the situation with a minimum of stress no kidding!!! thank you for your service. Amazing if that is true that this .1 Hertz is "The ultimate healing frequency". I just found this channel 10 minutes ago and almost every breath is a deep sigh and that never happened to me before. My whole body tingles heart to toe and the vibration is increasing. It feels good. I am already in great health and could also enjoy "The ultimate healing frequency." If that is the case than, Source/god led me to this. I will research this then I will share it with others who are open to it, and of course I will listen to this often. I'll still research this.

One of the best composition's i have heard , most have some random symphonic synthized placebo . this has a galatic universal resonance. This is a great way to practice heart/ brain coherence…. Breathe in for 4-6 seconds while holding your heart . Exhale for 8-9 seconds. Feel gratitude for anything you love .reapeat. In 3-5 minutes your heart and brain become coherent. Your body responds with a host of cascading effects. Feel good being my favorite. Immune response, hormones.. blood flow in the heart and more if ya look it up . The highlight being that you begin to think with the heart through a cluster of brain like cells called Sensory neurites. Hope to pass this on to anyone who hasn’t already been introduced. This is absolutely beautiful! I have had such incoherence between brain and heart this past week as my mother seems to have begun an active ascent toward her birth into the spiritual world. I feel so much and cannot alleviate the pain, but can bring the vibration of presence and love as I witness her ascent. I will see if she will like this frequency bath blessing

I will let you know in 30 days. It takes about that long for the human body to adjust to this kind of stimulation. The key to it is listening to it once a day for the 30 days. Find a quiet place, turn off your phone and everything else and be still and listen.
