Tension is created by yourself. It's you who creates that by certain coping mechanisms and it's also you who loses your muscles and not any outer force or music. When you want to lose tension just relax your muscles. You don't need music for that. Just lay down on your bed and relax the muscles.

Immediately started feeling heavy dense energy exiting my left temple. Had an extremely strenuous night. Im autistic with CPTSD, DID, and other stuff. Was up over 24 hours at the ER with a friend. perfect composition. connects both halves of the brain after a short time. initially input/recording ear 741 Hz only left - 417 Hz only right. 174 Hz came from the front through both sides. After a while, everyone comes in and out in largely the same way through central balance. For me it was a very good place to stop and relax. Thank you very much. perfekte komposition. verbindet nach kurzer zeit beide gehirnhälften. zunächst Eingang/ Aufnahme Ohr 741 Hz nur links - 417 Hz nur rechts. 174 Hz kam von vorne durch beide seiten. nach einer weile kommen alle weitestgehend gleich ein wie aus durch zentrales ausgeglichensein. für mich sehr gutes "einkehren" und "ausruhen". danke sehr.
