Found this right when I learned my pituitary gland is not getting gnRH to release FSH. I don’t want to take medicine. I hope I can heal this naturally. Been in fight or flight my whole life. I have tried so many meditation techniques although they help me sleep, I never remember dreams....chronic anxiety and believe i'm never relaxed even when i sleep. Monica Vit B6 will help you with dreaming .. or remembering your dreams (take a multi B as well). I take 250 mg which sounds a lot but it does help. I was shown that anxiety is always a sign you somehow wondered too far from home, which is God. Most of us do that in a lifetime. We're often not tought the importance of keeping close to the source of our creation. So simply and stubbornly sit daily a few times with the intention to wait on none other then the one true God, to seek him with all your heart, body and mind. This truly is the way home and out any internal trouble but especially out of anxiety. Because I can guarantee you, if you keep knocking it will be opened, I can testify to that without going into too much detail, and to my pleasant surprise it actually did involve none other then Jesus. (I wasn't ever and still am not religious type but I know He is the Son of God indeed) So I just point the way, you will have to do the seeking anything else, I also found before that, is just a bandaid.

I have no idea what just happened to me??? Wtf??? This is my third night of listening and I just went on an extreme mental and spiritual journey. I feel like I’ve been asleep for 8 hours… I woke up minutes before the end with a feeling I can’t explain and have never experienced before… it was euphoric! I’m aware I sound bonkers but I could see all these eyes looking at me and they were all being discarded and flushed out by me not caring what they thought of me anymore, they were still there but they were disarmed. I feel weightless (mentally), clean and have clarity like I’ve never felt before. I feel at peace and in tune with my creative desires and filled with enthusiasm for my future. I have no idea if this is connected to the breath work I did today and the cold water work but in all honesty I think they are all linked. I feel ‘in tune’ for the first time in years. The past two days I’ve woken up earlier (when the birds are singing and it’s just getting light) wanting to bounce out of bed, after 6 weeks of seriously struggling with low mood and motivation. I can’t explain how truly at peace I feel from using this to go to sleep with and I hope you do too ❤ ✌🏻 🙏🏻

In the original, "The Day the Earth Stood Still", the traveler/visitor was shot. His robot then took him into the ship and placed him into a SOUND & LGHT chamber. We have long forgotten more than we will ever learn, about healing ourselves. Generations before us chose to blindly hand their bodies over to others for healing. These people are trying to wake us up. We should all pay very close attention.

I think I was born with high vibrations but lowered them with bad usages. And my manifestation at a young age was powerful but I manifested the wrong energy. Now I’m trying to take that negative energy and turn it into something positive through art

The brain goes into different frequencies when sleeping, i wouldn't recommend specific frequencies unless specifically tailored to those of the sleep phases.

This is awesome. I've done it once only for now, at night 30min. Next day I woke up feeling sharper and clearer! As if things around me where more neat. I found back my energy to focus step by step on what I gotta do. Gotta read about the science behind it must be very interesting! Will try to listen everyday to see what happens. Thank you!

Tesla quote, “if you wish to understand the universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration” Don’t forget....without the suns energy we wouldn’t even be here and heat and cold have an awful lot to do with frequencies and vibrations because of what energy is made up from. If you take one leg away from a tripod it will fall over. He also claimed that 3, 5 and 9 are a vital clue in to what makes things work harmoniously.

Every time i listen to those songs 432, 963, 528, archone remove, matrix, my body began to vibrate in muscular zones and goes like this for 10 minutes. Also, when i meditate in the night with headphones, my body is healing very fast.

I have something for you all, it's lightwork. Lightwork is simple. You work with light to raise the vibration and strenghten the light. What you can do for yourself: Breathe in light and and Love and say that before doing so. (I recommend you to do this 10 - 30 times per day) What you can do for earth, because she needs our help: Send light and Love to the whole earth and Connect the earth with it by just saying it and you can say how long you wanna do this, but remember after a day you need to repeat this. I'm so glad this brought you comfort, however, listening to binaural beats or other healing frequency music while driving is unsafe. The frequencies literally shift our brain states, which could be akin to being asleep behind the wheel. If it brings you relief for a stressful drive, maybe practice this meditation beforehand? Same here. I tried to yawn and couldn't. I tried to fall back asleep and I can't. It did something to me!

When I was a child I was able to see my thoughts as big words in my mind, visualizing them. For a long time I haven’t been able to and all of a sudden today after somehow being drawn to this video I can again… thanks! 😊

I had the feather strokes on my forehead twice. I went to a great void. Two binary stars and beings. One green hooded pyramid eye got excited I popped in and the darkness was unreal. In my aura, I guess, I saw a 10" by 5" being fly over to look at my heart. I freaked. Later, I awoke talking with full strokes talking about healing. Guess they found me.
