Ive finished the game now and would agree with quite a few of your critiques although the dark rot mechanic never actually done anything in the first. It was a false mechanic

I agree with the sentiment. I thought it was an incredibly immersive narrative experience. I do not think of Hellblade II as a video game, I think of it just as a story you get to interact with. I loved Hellblade II. It's clear I'm in the minority here though

yes, if you try to play this on an old computer or subpar hardware, the game loses more than half of the appeal, digital foundry talking about how playing at 360p internal res with unstable 30fps on a steam deck its "playable" its madness to me

graphics is really stunning but the gameplay.. very average imo

i got bored after few hours, it could be better

Just watching the long walking corridors was of zero gameplay was enough to stay away from the game. As a sequal this is a failure.

It's simple, we recognise human face expression easily with all minor muscle movement, but Ai can't do that, so they just stretch all those big muscle and over emphasize their facial expressions, it's actually very bad acting. And people call the game has good expression and good acting basically never watch slow burn movie with good actors

this game is boring as hell waste of money

Wrong. It's just a bad game without any deep flaws outside of lacking interactivity (sucking at being a video game).
