Heidi is the absolute BEST! I’ve watched her since 2015 and she has remained the same humble and sweet person throughout all of her success. She is going to be an amazing mother 🥰 So happy for her!

Great to see Heidi on the podcast! Been following her since the very beginning. I would watch her meal prep videos for ideas. She's come so far. Later l began following her husband Christian as well. Two wonderful people on this planet! Cheers from 🇨🇦

Love this! I used to watch Heidi’s videos when she lived in the apartment with her ex and then watched her bag up clothes in her home on the floor. Now I’m a mom of 2 postpartum and getting back into my fitness journey because of her motivation again to get healthy and fit for my kids. Great interview!!!

LOVED this interview. I’ve heard so many of these stories, many many times, having followed Heidi since the literal beginning… and yet, they never get old. Such an inspiring, powerful woman whose light shines through her teams. You can tell when a person is a genuinely good person based on how their entire team interacts with their community. And Heidi’s team (teamS!) are top tier 👏🏼

She was also my first fitness influencer I followed back in 2016. She inspired me to do my first bikini competition and today I am an IFBB Pro and have my own company around bodybuilding products. ❤️ the impact she had on so many people in a positive way, that’s #goals

Loved this episode!! Mari you are so inspiring and just an all around delight! Thank you for this podcast and all you do to help people and especially women learn about wellness. I happened to find this podcast as I was just starting my own personal wellness journey, and I just think it was meant to happen! I can’t tell you how much it has helped me. I literally just typed and deleted a wall of text describing it lol! But it has made such a difference for me. Also, I have heard of buffbunny before as a brand, but it was so great to see and learn about and from the beautiful person behind the name!

Being a woman and working with men is way easier. Way less drama and back stabbing. Women can be brutal. And we know that. I dont understand why we feel the need to not talk about that. Men will tell you or others how they feel even of it hurts or you dont like it and women scheme and play long games. I'm a woman and thats seriously the 100% truth. This "strong women" movement is one big lie tword men dont be apart of it ..be smarter then that and rise above that crap.
