My ego's name is Bob and the dog is bulldog. He is miserable, arrogant, stubborn, pushy, selfish. My souls name is Crystal. This made me so emotional and tearful when connecting with her. She is as clear and precious as crystal. She is TRUE to herself and have pure intentions. She doesn't need to prove anything to anyone, she just needs to BE HERSELF!

💛 Thankyou. I saw an ad in a newspaper for Qjong class. Drove to the class, couldn’t find the building so went home. Next week left again to attend the class… there were road works turning me around, changing my lanes and I nearly gave up, turned round and went home! But didn’t. Arrived again at the Qjong class but again couldn’t find the right building! As I drove around the hall I saw a dog lying on a grassy mound and stopped to pat it. The dog was So Exhausted that it could barely walk so I opened the back door if me car to usher it in… I had to lift it into the back seat. It slept as I drove it to the after hours vet clinic. Had a call from the clinic the next morning telling me that the dogs microchip led them to find dogs family and that the dog had been missing for two weeks!! 🥰. I feel that it was the dog I was being guided to find , not the Qjong class 💛

I really like the idea of not thinking in terms of right or wrong, but rather seeking out what feels true.

Exactly I love your comment. And to add… What is right for you at that time. Because what is right for you may not be right for someone else. And what is right for you now may not be right for you three months from now or a year from now. As far as Knowing what to do. I am excited to focus on getting in touch with my intuition and trusting. I have always been one to be afraid of making the wrong decision. Now I have tools to make that 180. 49:03

There are so many things that Sonia clarified for me. 😍 Why I sigh more often than most, the step-by-step on how to seek clarity from Spirit (Harmony, in my case) so I can more easily repeat it, how to quiet “Guy” my second guessing, perfectionist, critical Akita, and so much more. Love love Sonia and can’t believe I’m just discovering her now after many decades on this uncovering journey. And so much appreciation Fearne for such wonderful dialog during this interview. 💜

Insight aside, this interview was just such a pleasant exchange. It's amazing how beautiful and expansive expressions of "truth" can be. Fearne's laugh and Sonia's authenticity are infectious. Honestly, I think I can listen to these two interact daily. Perhaps I'll make this interview a part of my morning routine.

Spiritual teachers, often taught me that when learning intuition its a balance because quite often we can confuse intuition with our will, and fears and refining that constantly is a skill one must be real with their self and keep husking out that we are being honest what we assign our intuition to. Often people say “my intuition says,” but its really their fear. Its a honed skill intuition.

I really enjoyed this talk! I love Sonia and her work! I have her book Ask Your Guides, great read. I highly recommend looking into her work. It has served me well by guiding me through the process of Trusting my Spirit and listening to my Intuition. I Agree with what Sonia said about the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.
