This is my full quads, calves and glute session from Wednesday 10th April.
Warm up - Leg Extensions
Hack Squats x 2 sets
Tru Squat x 2 sets
Pendulum Squats x 2 sets
Bulgarian Split Squats
Seated Calf Raises x 2 sets
Standing Calf Raises x 2 sets
Incline Calf Raises x 2 sets
Really good session, I didn't go mad with numbers as I wanted to hit double figures for the heavy sets and 15-20 for the 2nd sets.
Quads have been responding really well and overall leg look is vastly improved, so I will slowly tweak these sessions as I go along to maximise the training, because when you're only doing two sets, you have to make them worth it.
