This hits in the feels so hard. That's what I love about Rascal Flatts. They make you FEEL the music which is the true test of a musician in my opinion and they KILL it every time.

The lead singers name is Gary LeVox. This is my favorite country band because there is always a message in their song.

Rascal Flatts is fantastic. If you are looking for another recommendation for them, I would recommend Sarabeth (Skin). It is also a song that will get you deep in the feels. Also, beautiful.

Yes, her son had already passed away and she went to visit her fathers recent grave. Great song musically, lyrically, vocally...just a great song.

Problem is that the song isn't about death, it's a break-up, the video doesn't fit the song and it's obvious that the director never heard the song.

I love this song but this video breaks me every time. Another of my favorite Rascal Flatts song is "I'm Movin' On". I had to leave college to take care of my mom and this song became MY song. It was what I wished I could do.

Every has their opinion of interpretation but it is, in my opinion, about death. Loss of loved ones...

I remember listening to this song and the other songs on this album on my parents' car's radio when I was in elementary school, I used to think nothing of this song back then, it was until I got older how hard this song hit me, and I discovered how great Rascal Flatts is and was since they're not around anymore sadly. I also used to get really confused between Gary LeVox and Keith Urban's voices back then too, but now I can tell the difference, lol. I actually think Gary LeVox sounds more like Hunter Hayes.

Yeah the old man was her dad and the child was her son they are both ghosts about to pass on to heaven their final goodbye

What hurts the most is part one to this. Her boyfriend died in that one and she kept getting sick which this was because she was pregnant. This is a few years later and her son died then her dad. So she lost her boyfriend, then her son, then her dad.
