That was a nice guitar duet. Ann's flute playing is also amazing. They should have put this on an album.

By 1988 there should have been a massive documentary about Heart with music and video footage like this. I was so starved to hear about Heart in the mid 1980s their most successful era but all the media would cover were the dance frauds who could not even play instruments let alone play them well.

DAMN! I already thought HEART Rocked as hard as anyone during the 70's, but this "progressive rock" piece is really unique. this version of the band was DA BOMB! no two ways around it, I'm glad some people were able to find some of this old school stuff to post. Totally makes it like the good old days. 'cept through a computer monitor....

1:36 God or whatever they are singing sounds tremendous. I never knew how gifted this band was until seeing them live in the mid 1980s.

Well the band you saw in the 80’s wasn’t this one … when Roger left .. that was all they wrote unfortunately.

@@litledevel15 i saw heart live in 1985 and 1987 no one is ever going to convince me this was not one of the absolute best bands of the entire 1980s. seeing heart live in '85 made me immediately regret not seeing them on their 1980 and 1982 and 1983 tours.

@JohnGee1977 That has to just be an excuse because Fleetwood Mac was inducted in about 10 years ago and they would be considered to have instability in the same line as Heart. I would have to do some research but I bet they would be very close to having had 22 members. I can count 13 without trying! I agree Heart should be inducted and I don't understand why the industry ins't giving them their honor

@mucephi1 Jethro Tull was a band not a person. Ian Anderson was the lead singer and flute player. Ann Wilson was a good flute player but Ian Anderson was WAY better. That dude was like a virtuoso level flute player. Ann was a better singer though, love them both.
