Will it be good to work from office at night shift around 7pm to 3am Actually I have job offer with high payment. I have PCOS issues so is it worth to go for this offer or find another opportunities

@@nikitachavane2597 if offer is good then go for it. Not every night shifter suffers from this. But if you are able to walk 30 min before starting a session or around the middle of work might your pcos problem get resolved.

This depends person to person on how body and mind copes and so the schedule should be made mindfully and by the person selves following the biological rhythm. Best wishes

I literally feel very productive at night and i can do everything passionately and ingeniously but at day time..i feel so exhausted ...
Before any precautions, try to switch for any day shift job if possible cause you might can decrease the problems but can’t completely eliminate it.

Did you change your job? I developed autoimmune thyroid disease and many gastrointestinal issues after one year of night shifts, it's been two years now. 😕

Night shifts are trouble. Try to avoid night shifts.
I believe that night shifts are pointless. Disrupting our natural sleep-wake cycle, or circadian rhythm, serves no purpose. As humans, we are naturally diurnal creatures and are not meant to sleep during the day. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency, response times may not be fast enough. Unfortunately, many people do not survive their illnesses. Ultimately, death is inevitable for all of us. While I could elaborate further, I believe I have made my point.

Working in night shifts....during work....feel hungry around 3-4am early morning. What to eat in this time ? Before i used to eat 5Rs packet snacks but i detected just beginning of non alcoholic fatty liver. So, now i want to turn towards vegetable and fruits. Even in dinner. Wants to cut down carbs..... Any suggestions ?
