A MUST WATCH !!! For Those Who Stay Awake Till Late Night | Sadhguru

Sadhguru Explains there are three types of people who wake till late night ,they are Rogi ,Bhogi and Yogi.
In night there is a feeling of oneness because of lack of boundaries, so it is conducive for certain work like study, yoga, friendship relationship etc.
There is no harm in doing work or studying late night.

That's why so many people Refuse to believe in God, because if they did believe in God it means they were created for a reason and everything they do on earth matters how they live and what they experience in their life it all matters, there's a value in everything they do, and that's when they start having problems. But the idea of No God and they are just a pop up from earth with no purpose or goal makes it easy for them to deal with everything they go through and experience because after all nothing matters and we are just a soil that earth gave once and it gonna take back again this idea is comforting for some but that's how most of human beings deal with their problems they simply walk away from instead of facing them. Life is hard and full of pain, well, nothing should really matters because there's no purpose or goal and we are just part of earth's natural cycle we are nothing more some dirt that came accendtaly out of earth and will return to it after some time.

I’m so glad I found this video… for the past few years I’ve been told by doctors, parents, families that I’m having health issue because I find the night time to be more clear for me to do my work, meditate or even get my own feelings out. Due to that I’ve been struggling with taking sleeping pills to regulate my sleep cycle to be “normal” deemed by society standards. I felt so empty during the day I couldn’t focus. After awhile I decided, screw this I’m going to do what feels best to my body feels instead of what others tell me is “normal” yet I feel so trapped.. thank you for this video I’m so glad I’m following how my body feels instead of what others tell me is normal that cause me so much depression and anxiety to fit into their opinion of me.

According to the Islamic belief those are the three most perfect times to worship and praise God. It's mentioned in the Quran in chapter 20 verse 130 "Therefore, be patient with what they say, and exalt with the praise of your Lord before sunrise and before sunset. And in the watches of the night and at the edges of the day, exalt Him, so that you will be pleasing."

As a 17 years old run-away i managed to become a Patented Inventor, Successful Graphic Artist, landlord, 18 years of Government service and out-standing Lover; so say my 3 lady friends who are all under 34. @@itsokay457 that is great, because you observed in real time that we do things without being aware of.that is what sadghuru refers to as to being "unconscious". Also, he doesn't teach anything. Im sure you have heard him saying that before. I can tell you what he actually does.. Or you can choose to experience what he actually does... I. Will share with you how i got there : I was not looking for this, I did not know anything didnt even know this movement was something that existed until probably 2019. But I once saw a video like in 2017 of a monk that said meditation could be just watching how you breathe at all times. So it i started doing it while workin , always watching how I breathe.but at the beginning you forget you are watching it. So when noticed will start like, ok inhale exhale then find a rythm that matched the intensity of the activity.. it was A very intense fast paced work under hot the weather. My stamina and everything increased and it was so much easier.so I took meditation serious and just meditate.. I had never even heard of a chakra. But I just mediated..increasing time every few months. Until something happened.. Then i found sadghuru.. So he doesnt teach.. But anyways. You now know you do things unconsciously. So idk if you know about chkakras etc and the whole online stuff you hear.. But if you forgot all that and just meditated anywhere you can anytime as you can...after it happens if you watch sadghuru again you will see what he does. I promise you it will be worth it.. Something beyond any words.. He is real..🔥🔥🔥🔥✌ combine mind dis-identification attitudes(forget about likes , dislikes, preferences anything u chose for comfort(opposite of expansion) u can practice but taking w.e hapoens to u without trying to choose something else you can control the outcome of. Good luck ..hou gotta find the 🔥🔥in the CORE

I have always felt comfortable in the night because my mind becomes clearer. I love to write during the night and I love to search for answers to questions that I come across from inside my mind. Everything is quiet and there is no distraction from cars and people yelling in the street. And yet, all I hear is that I'm not normal. They say, if you ever get normal then we'll go out to breakfast. I think, why can't we go out for dinner? I still see the birds in the afternoon and I know all their calls. I love to lay in the grass and feel the Earth breathing underneath me. I don't like being judged for being comfortable at night. But, I am who I am. And, finally I have learned to like myself. I appreciate the gift of my body mind and soul. I was not born for social things and parties. To me two people are a party because we can have wonderful conversations. What a strange thing to have as my favorite thing to do. I'm glad that you made this video. Sincerely, Carly

Hinduism...is what foreigners called the beliefs of the people of the Indian sub-continent and is a modern term. Sanatan Dharma is what "Hindu"s (those who believe in the religious philosophy of Hinduism) used to call themselves...Sanatan Dharma loosely translated into English means Eternal (Sanatan) Truth (Dharma) or the eternal path or the eternal morality or the eternal righteousness or the eternal correctness....the difficulty is that even though Sanatan can rightly translated to eternal or timeless...the word Dharma itself and the concept it espouses has no wholesome substitute in the English language. As to what Hinduism (as it is now known) is....firstly its not a unitary philosophy but a multitude of philosophies and practises embodied in a vast corpus of religious scriptures written down between 5000 to 500 years ago but arguably transmitted through oral tradition for tens of thousands of years prior (some say before the last ice age)...most of the recent scriptures written in the last 1000 years including some puranas, are of dubious origin though and seem more like fan fiction. Sifting through this ocean of wisdom and finding the truth is not for the faint hearted or the weak minded. An above average IQ and a certain quality of soul (Guna) is required to understand the lofty ideas and philosophy of Hinduism. Even a single sentence from the Upanishads is loaded with layer upon layer of meaning and import. Pick up a copy of the Upanishads and have a read and your mind will eithe be expanded or numbed depending on your souls quality and IQ. Think of Hinduism as a giant shelf with innumerable pigeon holes...each of which holds every conceivable school of religious thought and idea ever conceived by man....including the idea of there being no god..ie atheism. Hinduism is not dogmatic...its prescriptive..and it says that there are multiple paths that lead to the same truth...something no other major world religion will tell you...all of them being exclusivist...its either their way or no way...Hinduism proposes that an atheist, a polytheist and a monotheist are all getting to the truth in their own way...a blind believer and a rational thinker are all picking an idea from one of them pigeon holes of Hinduism and sticking to it...not knowing that the truth is the same for both regardless of how they experience or percieve it. To quote from the Rig Veda: Rig Veda (1.164.46): “Ekam Sat, viprah bahudha vadanti,” which means truth is one but wise men (sages/saints/prophets) call it by different names. So Jesus, Buddha, Krishna and Zoroaster all essentially taught the same thing but tempered it for the age and time they lived in. The reason why one religion (or none) appeals to someone and they can relate to it...is purely to do with the nature or "Guna" of that person or in other words the condition of their soul and the progress it has made through cycles of rebirths with the final destination being unified with Brahman or the supreme soul or supreme consciousness. Sanatan Dharma is for seekers and those who want to get to the truth of the nature of their true self and its relationship with Brahman. Brahman in other words is the reality that their self exists in. We are surrounded by Brahman and its both within and without us depending on which school of thought you subscribe to...Dvaita or Advaita. A person inclined to seeking truth such as a Hindu is... isnt satisfied with the dogma and blind faith that other religions demand. Altho I would like to qualify this broad generalisation of other faiths being dogmatic by what Jesus said in his sermon on the mount (Matthew 7:7)...seek and thou shall find. But then again as it stands how much of Christianity is pure dogma reliant and how much are the teachings of Jesus Christ given their due worth ? Sanatan Dharma or Hinduism as we call it now... is like an open invitation to mankind to test its theories and philosophies with practice...the testing of what its scriptures describe or postulate is done through Yoga. As regards the scriptures that describe its various schools of thought and philosophies, there are Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Scriptures and a hierarchy of authority. Vedas (śruti) these are the primary scriptures and the most authoritative. There are four Vedas and each one is divided into four sections. The most important section is the Upanishads which deal with philosophy. They constitute the framework of Vedānta which is the heart of modern Hinduism. Smritis are secondary scriptures and are the books of law, custom and usage which are loosely based on the Vedas and composed by various legislators. Smritis are time-place specific and most of what they legislate is now redundant. Itihāsa (Rāmayana and Mahabhārata) and Purānas are tertiary scriptures - encyclopedias of information on all aspects of Hindu religion, ritual, culture and tradition. Their authority lies only in their validation and support of Upanishad statements and teachings - in and of themselves they have no authority. Āgamas (Tantras) are scriptures that are parallel to the Vedas and their philosophical teachings are acceptable as long as they don’t contradict the Upanishads. The majority of modern "Hindu" rituals and ceremonies including temple building and icon worship is based on the Āgamas or the Purāṇas - there is often a cross-over between the two. Darśanas (views-of-reality) are the texts composed by sages delineating the ideology and methodology of the 6 classical schools of Sanatan Philosophy (shanmathas). All these 6 different systems have been subsumed and merged into the mainstream philosophical trend of modern Hinduism which is Yoga-Vedānta.

It suited me as my husband would take care of our children while I go to work. I got used to been awake at night and I still get up early hours and it does not bother me. I love the peaceful surroundings in the night. Sometimes I watch through my window and see the stars and the Moon and I enjoy it. This may be off topic, but someone might find it interesting. Over unity electric generator. By AMA. Segment 1: 1 motor with bar connected to it standing vertically. Circular disc connected to bar that has magnets embedded in it surrounded in high permeability material to focus magnets outward pushing force in an upwards direction from top of disc. Segment 2: Hollowed out cylindrical Bar of material horizontally positioned. Flat hollowed out ring shaped material with openings around its outer top flat edge. Magnets surrounded in high permeability material embedded in these openings. Magnets positioned in openings around ring are in at least 1 of 2 configurations either all N magnetic field pushing out or N,S,N,S all around it. Just depends on whether your going for Piston structure or spinning structure explained below & whether you want it to be DC or AC current. Place these all along the cylindrical bar connected to it solidly, except at far ends of bar. At both ends of bar place ring of material that can be magnetically repelled in specific locations. (magnetically repelled in specific location is in reference to outside of ring area that faces away from center of bar)(Other side of same ring facing in towards center of bar is capable of being magnetically repelled all around) Ring must be connected solidly to bar. points of repulsion on these rings is off set from each other on each end of bar. 3 Hollow ring structures with small square bars protruding from each. Ring structure has all magnetic repulsion on inside of ring shape & can rap around the main bar so that the bar wont be causing friction on things as it moves back and forth or spins. 1st positioned around far left of bar, 2nd position at center of bar (be sure to leave enough room for magnetic structures to be able to move back and forth without hitting it) & 3rd positioned on far right of bar. Tube structure is constructed in two parts that fit together on top of each other length wise over main structure. Tube structure has 3 square openings for the bars that the Ring structures that are connected around the main bar keeping it from causing friction on structure, to slide into. This tube structure is designed with material that does not block magnetic fields. Perhaps some type of transparent material glass or other. At both ends of the tube structure there is a built in circular groove that will house a round disc. The ceiling/floor/left side/& right side of groove has openings for small magnets to be embedded in it, so that the pushing force from magnets is pushing in towards the edge of disc that goes in this spot. There is also 4 openings located on the top, bottom, left & right positions of the open groove. Small magnets are placed in these spots so when round disc is in position these magnetic fields will hit sideways keeping it from generating friction against structure. Far Ends of bar has Cap structure that screws over tube halves holding them together. Cap structure also has 4 points on inside top, bottom, left & right that have openings. These openings have small embedded magnets in them that exert there pushing force outwards (sideways) so it will keep disc in position, generating no friction against structure. Cap is made of material like tube so it does not block magnetic fields. (Note: These magnets in groove and cap structure are only needed for piston design. If Disc is directly connected to main bar so as it spins the bar spins, magnets are not needed here). The disc has ring around it (ring of material goes around outer edge and folds over front side & backside a small distance) that is repelled by magnetic fields so the 12 small magnets will keep it lined up but it will be able to spin without causing friction on structure. The disc has openings on it's flat side that face inside of tube and magnets surrounded in high permeability material are embedded in this disc. The disc has small bar that is connected to it's center that goes all the way to the other end of bar structure through the center of the hollowed out bar and connects to disc on other end. Disc on other end is set up the same but magnets embedded in it are off set in comparison. As first disc spins the magnetic fields will push against specific spot on disc connected directly to bar, pushing bar in other direction, once bar is fully pushed over, further spinning of disc will then align the other sides magnet to push it back. Tube structure also has half moon shaped protrusion on inside and on both halves so when tube is connected they line up to make a full ring shape on inside of tube, these half moon shaped protrusions have at least 1 small round opening on it's side in middle of curve that faces away from center of bar. The opening has a small magnet embedded in it so magnetic force is repelling out sideways away from center of bar. The protruding ring is positioned to line up slightly further in towards center of bar then the ring of magnetically repelled material connected directly to bar. This way when bar moves right or left it is magnetically stopped after a short distance. Copper coil setup: Copper coils are wound in at least 1 of 2 ways. Either coiled in circles next to each other (Like if you wound coils around a cylindrical bar) or laid out in a row as if wire was on flat table going up then bent to go down & back up until it formed a flat rectangle of wire bending up and down and then the entire structure folded around tube. Copper windings are then lined up perpendicular to magnetic fields on outside of tube. Ends of copper coils are connected into separate construct that will allow electrical current to flow somewhere else. Circular construct is built like a stand that goes around the outside of motor segment. Circular construct has flat ring of high permeability (magnetic field shielding) material that has small openings that will allow magnetic fields through specific locations. Top of circular construct has groove to allow the horizontal bar to balance on. Circular construct can also be placed on other end of bar so it is balanced. The motor segment is positioned so the disc connected to the bar that is connected to the motor is lined up so the disc passes under the horizontal bars disc that is at end of horizontal bar. The high permeability material keeps the magnetic fields in disc from hitting into the disc that spins or pushes the horizontal bar until just the right moment when the impact will cause the disc in horizontal bar to spin which will perpetuate the piston motion in the horizontal bar. More horizontal bars of the same design are built and positioned around the motor segment in a circular horizontal fashion all the way around. The bar connected to the motor can be increased in length to desired height (As much as motor can handle) and more of the exact same setup is repeated higher and higher up, maximizing the over unity potential of the construct to ridiculous proportions. :D Current from the horizontal bars is diverted to power the motor as needed and all other current is diverted to power my game console or the world. :) Interesting variation to this design would be to connect the spinning discs on far ends of horizontal bar to main bar that magnets are connected to so the magnets spin instead of getting pistoned back and forth. So long as moving magnetic fields are perpendicular to copper wires it should work. By AMA
