Marion, your Kale and Chicken/Cumin soup is a bi-monthly meal in our house at LEAST. It's beyond delicious and without fail our most repeated recipe! We skip the noodles and serve it with a small bowl of rice with a well salted fried egg on it - but still, delicious! PLEASE make more health focused meals!! There is no pretending that globally - that should be our main focus 6 days a week and your flavours are unbeatable!!

I love everything you do. We’re finding that we eat less meat (still seafood) so I’d love more recipes that can be used with alternate proteins!

Hey....salads are one of my favorite meals. I have a different one daily for lunch. Definitely not boring. 😁🥗 And it's not for healthy reasons, I truly enjoy them.

Hi Marion! I’m so inspired by your cooking! I have some, but not much , experience with Asian ingredients. What is most puzzling to me is the confusion about chili powder. Mostly you refer to “chili powder” in a generic, universal sense- I take it you mean the array of Chinese chili powders that are only differentiated by “fine” or ”coarse” ground. How do I know what to use? Even in my only local Korean store, nothing on the shelf was labeled gogugaru, which I want for my Korean(Of course they have several brands of gogujang.) But I may want something different for Thai or Malaysian. I know I don’t have a high tolerance for fiery hot 🥵 , so can you perhaps shed some light in a new video? It helps to see actual product packaging and comparison for color and seed content, etc. Thanks! I hope you do it!

Marion I love your channel but I've just gone off it lately because although I adore what you make, I'm just so confused about all the sauces you add. Is there any way you could do a video on all the different sauces? what they are and where you could find them ? From your rice wines to soy sauces to whatever. What flavours they bring. I just salivate watching but I can't find some ingredients in my local supermarket. Also, maybe what you could use instead of something.

Im coming up with nearly 1000 calories for a single serving of the ramen? Nearly 4000 sodium in a single serving??? how is this healthy ISH....
i wish you would not try and attach health promises to your recipes. it feels very very fraudy.
Can you do a recipe for somen? I tried to make the chilled noodles and they didn't turn out right when I made it. I used to love this dish, going over to my Japanese friends house for sleepovers her dad would make it in the summer. Cool and refreshing. 😎
