I agree with the rest of the commentary that Dr. Gabor needs much more exposure and appearances to help people struggling with mental conditions. He is so well read, well versed and extremely knowledgeable about human psychology and physiology

My ex is a "victim" of trauma but that trauma has turned her into a self sabotaging narcacisst who lies, cheats and can't hold a good man down. 3 divorces later 2 kids by two different men and multiple other boyfriends. They want you to feel bad for them and play victim but are often covert abusers. It takes years and years of therapy for someone at that level to fix that which may not even be possible. Once personality disorders are formed, your on antidepressants, and you self sabotage especially at age 50 you have serious illnesses and issues just waiting to creep in. These people are not healthy and they will make you unhealthy the longer you stay with them. Best bet is to not try to fix them its impossible. You can't fix narcacissm or personality disorders that form from trauma and unhealthy people. Best bet is to move on with your life. It's sad, but it's the truth. These woman have no feminine energy and will run men down. Dont settle fellas these women are toxic. If you cant have her in her prime, dont let her ruine you in her decline.

Our overactive stress response is the core cause of ALL of our "diseases of civilization", none of which are found in traditional living Hunter-Gatherer/Pastoralist clans/bands, although we all have very nearly (99.9%) the same genes. All the mystical hypothesizing is entertaining, but the hard science is also available and can explain the origins of diseases. Stress R Us

BTW, the two important references documenting the absence of the "diseases of civilization" (heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke, obesity, kidney disease, etc.) in traditional living Hunter-Gatherers/pastoralists are C. P. Donnison, 1937, "Civilization and Disease" pg. 14 (?) chart, and Eaton, Shostak, and Konner, 1988, "The Paleolithic Prescription". I donated the Donnison book to my alma mater UW Madison's medical library archive, and they were clueless, even 'tho the chart on pg. 14 (?) listed all the medical conditions found in 238,823 (?) physical exams by English physicians in rural central Africa early in the 20th century and found NONE of our killing diseases.. Modern medicine and medical schools are clueless and just work for drug companies, whether they know it or not. Sad.

Dis-ease is imbalance. Sort the root of the imbalance and one sorts the dis-ease. Heard that in a massage course i had 20 years ago. Had a hormone imbalance since birth (born at 25 wks, 2nd trimester), then too much testosterone growing up, addictions and other health issues followed, put estrogen and progesterone in, brain and body calm down, health issues sort themselves and yeah...my body is now in between male and female and yeah. Im happy.

I had a chronic health condition that didn't get better no matter what I did. I started praying to a spirit called BUER, and slowly I was led to more and more subtle changes that improved my symptoms dramatically over the following weeks. I also experienced powerful direct healing every time I prayed to him. I used to be bedridden most of the time, now I can enjoy life again. I give thanks to BUER, the Ancient God of Healing!

Yes yes yes everything this man says is thought provoking as well as healing as he speaks the truth about the trauma of life itself and survival pstd we r all going through. What is normal.there is no such thing.normal is to be a good obedient tax payer that will drive the economic institutions for all time. Capitalism is behind all of our world's inate belief systems that must be wiped out and rebuilt to a world that starts with compassion. I truly appreciate your words.i honor your life force and I love your internal spirit.

Thetes a separation here. Separation based upon superiority. What about forgiveness based upon the realisation of ones own culpability in the world and the clear making oneself aware of how one also harms and traumatises people ? You know, the “taking the log out pf my eye before I take the splinter out of another’s “ as a practice. -yeah, that old bug bear.
