That has got to be a most honourable! They are also very timid. I was face to face with a wolf in the woods. I saw her in complete awe. She came up and (though many say I was dumb) I said nothing and presented my hand looking away and she smell me and bumped it with the top of her head and walked away. I knew the pack was watching. They are amazing beautiful sweet intelligent creatures.

I came from five generations of farmers. We arrived here in the 1800s from Denmark. We were responsible for stopping the wolves from eating our livestock. We depended on livestock to feed our families. Wolves would much rather kill a baby calf than try to catch a deer for supper. Wolves teach their babies to hunt just for fun- not hunger. You need to know both sides of the story

Lovely words. Nice sentiment, but it is an anecdote* TLDR; this probably not a story for everyone to "learn from" *A nice story, but statistically not particularly relevant for info/knowledge. During most of human evolution, trusting a single piece of info was probably an actual survival benefit! People rarely traveled far, did not have knowledge much beyond what related to survival; during those times (actually only a few hundred years ago in some cases less, some more), any little bit of information, or anecdote, could be literally the diff. b/t you & your people thriving or not. So you can imagine how such a tendency might be taken advantage of in an age where information & travel are so much easier.

Animals were given vegetation for food. Man was to CARE FOR God's animals. The earth WILL be restored to what it was created to be, and so will the minds and hearts of the most dangerous, harmful, brutal animal: MAN. All will be made right. Pray that day come SOON 🙏

Oh boy... this story made my eyes tear up! So amazing! Wolves are such smart animals... and beautiful! And it shows: if you come across a wounded wild animal, listen to your heart... help the animal, but stay on guard... reassure the animal that you don't mean any harm... it'll sense your true intentions...! Freed animals or animals who have been helped/saved by humans WILL show their thanks to the person. on top of that: the animals NEVER forget... they will return to their saviors from time to time...! I am 100% convinced, that the young female wolf now sees the family as part of her pack! What the man did I most certainly would have done myself! I live in Germany, I never will get to see a wolf, however: I am a member of the GZSDW (Gesellschaft zum Schutz der Wölfe) which is a charity dedicated to protect these amazing creatures! All the money donated to this charity goes to the wolves, the charity also helps farmers secure their cattle and provide suggestions to farmers on how to keep the wolves away without shooting them. It is forbidden by law to shoot a wolf, they are protected by law, anyone who shoots a wolf in cold blood should be serverly punished. We have to protect these majestic creatures! Besides... without these animals... we wouldn't have our "man's best friend"!

Such a beautiful story. I really hope it is true. I am familiar with the intelligence of dogs so I know this could actually happen. All animals know far more than humans give them credit for. They know things that humans can’t begin to understand. Their 6th sense makes them smarter than humans in many ways! So even if this story isn’t completely true, it gives deserved tribute to all animals! Thank you for sharing.

WOW! What a truly Beautiful storey! The trust of the man to the wolf and the wolfs trust to his helper and yes his savour. I truly believe that the animal kingdom can see the colour of our aura, that is our body static field, so the animal can see good intension or threat! I have fead 2 wild swans with bread between my lips, and that was with their chicks swimming around them. With chicks swans are far higher protective. I was not at all concerned because I knew the swan could read my aura as friendly and trustworthy. The lovely family and the wolf will be friends for life! GORGEOUS!!! Huge well done Dmitry are a great soul and a shinning star. And one in millions of folk who can say I am a wolf whisperer! 👏👏👏 Dmitri JB. East Surrey. UK.

Wolves have always been beautiful to me.. I am 84 and now disabled,.can no longer train a pup and miss my last love, a sweet Malamute mix I had to put down at 14. She weighed close to 100 lbs and was beside me since she was 3 months old.. Never chewed anything of mine, the cleanest and smartest “wolf substitute” ever. I cry as I write as I will miss her til I die.

Patricia, you're a blessed lady, what fond memories you must have. Being a Midwest farm kid I grew up with all sorts of animals. Working dogs were always my favorites. To that end I've had an endless love for Samoyeds. Lost 2 to cancer over the years. Swore I'd never get another. 11 years passed then life kicked me really hard. Cancer, PTSD and the whole nine yards nearly took me out. As a 100% disabled vet it became vital to have a service dog. Ignoring best recommendations I went straight to the Sammy. I lucked out and got a show dog pup ( an Alpha female). She was very resistant to training, but after 4 complicated months she was certified. Now 5, Stoli is the key reason that I'm alive still and thank God for nature's bounty. It's joyful to hear from others who love and respect the uniqueness of our wild and furry friends. Very best regards and health to you.
