This is a heartwarming story proving that animals realize when we are trying to help them and not harm them. They have much more compassion and love deeply and never forget! Helping this precious wolf and her babies was the right thing to do and she knew this was help and not harm coming to her. Animals are amazing and we love them dearly. I’ve loved animal my whole life…70.5 years! They are beautiful souls & should be treated like our little brothers & sisters. Protected, loved & cherished. I am afraid that I may soon have to live in a nursing home due to all of my health problems. They do not let you keep your pet. I would die sooner if that happens. My 10 year old Snowshoe Siamese, Ruby, was given to me by my only son one year before he died in a freak accident. She has been my comfort & my joy & I could not live without her love or bear to give her up. I’ve only had 4 cats since I was a college student at 18. Each cat lived a long life, loved & cherished but Ruby has that special charm of being a connection to my beloved son.

I Love the story,however I wish the voice of the person telling the story was not a robotic sounding voice it takes away from the human sentiment. I can't identify with it completely and makes me question it's authenticity.

don't get too giddy. He left the trap there for years? Only a fake story would have a detail like that. No one would just leave it behind. Also, it just happened to be a trap of his "dead friend"? Too many plot conveniences for this to be legit.

It was a good deed he did, but it's something that everyone shouldn't try. It could turn out very differently if not done carefully and with caution, because it still was a wild wolf animal and they're unpredictable 🐺 🐾🐾

I’m such a wolf lover, these creatures are beautiful and for the man to be able to get as close as possible to her, the pups and the pack was absolutely amazing. The first animal on my totem is a wolf. I have much respect for them and now for the man that rescued her and in turn her pups. Amazing

What an amazing story.I thoroughly enjoyed it and while I felt fearful for the man I was utterly impressed by his fearless love for the wolf and impressed by his full understanding of the natural instincts of these animals. It is this behaviour of the man and his demonstration of mercy towards the animal that have revealed to me just how similar we human mammals behave when our babies are hurt, hungry, without supervision and unprotected. I particularly like the loving approach he used in helping the Mama wolf and her babies - cautious and gaining all the animal's trust(babies included) all the way for wolves will always be wolves and that's their instinctive way to survive in the wild but humans using our higher ordered skills can meet the animals at their greatest need and move on.

Thank God for this man, a blessing.

Roger Ramjet: obviously the photos are not from the actual occurrence. My point is that “who cares “ if it is true or not or similar to any other stories? It is still a profound & worthwhile example of how to conduct oneself in this fragile world of ours. It should be “on repeat” for that matter instead of all of the dishonesty,filth & depravity one hears about people in the daily news. We need some “uplifting”. Sorry, I’m not meaning this to criticize you personally but this is how I feel! PLEASE post MORE stories like this & take the edge off the negative crap we have to hear about day in & day out. So glad my children are middle-aged & not subject to what’s being pushed on children now!

This was such a very sweet story. How I admire the man's generous and caring spirit.

My dad grew up in Southern Idaho in the 30's and 40's and loved wolves. He was so glad when they were brought back to the area although he no longer lived within 2000 miles. He was a poultry veterinarian.

I loved this story. I could listen over and over. I am 62 and love animals. I have had cats all my life. Felines are fascinating to me, but wolves have always had a special place in my heart. It was always on my bucket list to observe them in person, they are incredible, their families, politics, just their beauty. Animals are so pure of heart to me. This was just a wonderful story.💕🤗🐾

@@shelleyrollins4782 Hi Shelley!!! I am so glad u responded to me. ..that some else has that feeling. That is why whenever an animal was frightened or wary, it meant everything when they trusted me. I couldn't bear to break it. I would help them to find their way home, with signs, word of mouth. But In the meantime they had a place...food and a loving hand. I know I worried mama and daddy. But they were good about it. I will bet you were the same as a child. I can feel your love for wolves & animals in that line. I'm so glad u responded. I sure hope we can text again. 🤗💕🐾🙏🏼👍

Hi Denise, If you want to observe them in person find a way to do that. Make your dream come true. Life is too short to hesitate. Complete your bucket list now And... I am sure lots of people share your feelings towards animals. (I do I even trap fruit flies in a friendly trap an release them outside the house.) Life is something very special and we should respect it. Have a good life.

A Wolf is my spirit animal. I had a pet wolf for a few years. I also have had a coyote for a pet. I now have 2 corgis and 4 kitties. I love all animals and often "rescue" crickets and spiders I find in the store I work in. All living beings are to be honored, not hurt.

I am so like you, but what breaks my heart is that I am still terrified of spiders.. I take care of every single creature except for spiders..I do not know how to get over that fear.. Im embarrassed to even admit that, but it's true
