If its a flipper, then he shouldn't do it for free. That's the cost of business for them. If its a home buyer who is going to live there, then I think its a nice gesture.

Spencer, that new homeowner owes you a big dinner. You saved him so much labor and money. that property looks totally different, and I'm sure the neighbors are ecstatic and are sitting on their front porches enjoying the nice day now that the eye sore is gone. Great job!

Have you ever thought of doing a video explaining how you started on this path helping people who got overwhelmed with their yards and neighborhoods to look better. Keep being wonderful!

I just want to commend you for the service that you’re providing for your community and people who really need it. I don’t know why exactly but I love watching the transformations. I’m a 72 year old woman and I used to love to mow my yard. I had a failed back surgery over a year ago and can barely walk. I’m getting surgery once again in hopes I’ll be walking soon. So thanks for all those people you help and me too. ❤🙏🏻

Oh man these are all so satisfying. I love watching your transformations. A lot of people on YT do these now but I’ve noticed the different levels of quality of work. You are definitely meticulous and you go above & beyond! I would LOVE to see some of these mowing transformations finished off with pressure washing too! I always imagine how nice they’ll look with that added in!

This yard was actually really crazy tall. There is one before shot from the front of the house where you cannot tell there is a house there. I think the thing I am most impressed with is your constant attention to detail. When you cut down a plant that is growing up the side of the house or up a fence, you make sure to pull down the plant also. This one was certainly an amazing transformation! Great work, Spencer, I am sure the neighbors and the new owner are very pleased with all you did to clean up this yard.

As someone who bought a vacant home last summer ( hoarder home yikes) I can tell you that this work was so extremely appreciated by the owner. It took weeks to be able to just mow the lawn, and I'm STILL working on the landscaping a year later. When you buy a vacant home like that, you have so much work to do on the interior, the landscaping is the last thing you want to spend money on. You saved him so much time and money and are taking so much off his mental load.

I bet Spencer's parents are very proud of how he is giving back to the community! He's a lifesaver to people that can't afford or do their yards! God Bless You for all that you do for your community! It will come back 10 fold to you! You are amazing at what you do! ❤

Why are these videos so addictive? Is it that Spencer seems like a very likeable guy? Could it be that I am watching someone accomplishing something real? Maybe it is because I am watching someone who sees a problem and does not mess around and solves it? Is it the idea of sacrificing his time to helping the community?
