I think Spencer was the first to post yard care videos, but there are definitely others. He’s the best though. He’s meticulous about sidewalks, driveways, and edging. And he does a great job editing the videos.❤❤❤

@@haleighen I have a Black Locust just outside my apt here near Seattle and it has no business being here. I'm near a 100+ year old farm house so perhaps the original homesteaders planted it as the Wiki suggests that Oregon Trail people planted them as they moved along.

I can’t imagine how grateful the neighbors must feel when you are done! Then, you go above and beyond and clean up the backyard that nobody will ever see and just kill it man! You are just the best!

Awesome job Spencer! So glad you did the front and back yards as well as the neighbors yard. This is such a nice home to be left neglected. So often on these channels, they're only mowing the front yard and you can see glimpses of how the backyard is a jungle. The more the jungle the more the insects and other critters for the neighbors!

You can tell someone took pride in that house and yard earlier. The edging all around, the ornamental grasses, flower pots, trellis, and the furniture on the front porch and patio. Looks so nice now. Great job.

I know the entire neighborhood, especially the next door neighbors appreciate the fantastic work you did to this lot.

Spencer, you are amazing! Every homeowner on that street owes you for improving the appearance of their block! I got wore out watching you, I can’t imagine how tired you must be after a lawn cleanup like this. I had a lawn service for a dozen years. I cringed whenever I started in on some overgrown jungle like this. I just figured, Here comes a repair bill for tearing up something on my mower. After my first few years I was busy enough to turn down cleanups like this. And sorry, but I was never so generous as to do it for free-bills to pay and a family to support. And of course no KZread back then to earn something from advertisers! 😁😂👍 Keep it up Spencer, you’re a hero!

Hi!! Im the neighbor in the video! My husband and i plan on helping keep it up now. He came to our door about a month ago and at that time, we JUST moved in about a week before that. We dont want to call the city because i heard that they add the cost to the property tax at the end of the year for whoever eventually buys the house and thats not fair on them. He did an AMAZING job. Proud to have spencer in our community!!

He's probably getting paid by the tax vat. I'm pretty sure He gets His information vicariously from property inspectors that drive by. How could he have the time to do that work as well? I'm pretty sure He charges people that order Him for service. These videos are TGTBT!

@StephEWaterstram You're confused. Obviously, the man has a lawn business for which he charges for his services, but that doesn't preclude him from doing charitable works...like many of us who do the same but without a KZread channel.

This was an amazing transformation. The yard looks fantastic but the neighbors response when she saw you was priceless. I know your home town is so proud of you and appreciate you more than you know. Alabama here too! I was just thinking if someone knocked on a vacant door in Alabama, 9 times out of 10 I bet the neighbor knows the life story of the house and why it was empty or overgrown and would tell you whether you wanted to hear it or not... but they'd probably mow it themselves too and it wouldn't be overgrown to start with. At least out where I live 🤣

Wow this turned out really great! 🙌 I watch a lot of your videos and have been thinking that I miss a lot of reactions from the house owners (or neighbors in this case). I think it’s a nice thing to see their reactions. Maybe it’s a conscious decision you’re making not to add that but if it isn’t I would love to see more of reactions at then end to round up the videos ❤️ Sort of just know in the neighbors or owners door at the end and say “just letting you know I’m finished now and hope you’ll enjoy seeing this yard like this for a while now” and then see if they goes out and have a look ☺️ It’s just a thought but maybe there are more people who’d like to see more of that too ☺️❤️
