He bakes bread alone for 15 hours straight! Morning at a very popular bakery in Kyoto

We went to Boulangerie Yamazaki in Nishikyogoku, Kyoto for a photo shoot.
The bakery is so popular that it is said there is no one who loves bread in Kyoto who does not know about it. The owner, Mr. Yamazaki, was trained at Tamaki Tei, which is said to be the best bakery in Kyoto.
Mr. Yamazaki, who says he "just loves bread" and "wants to offer a wide variety of bread to customers," says that on Saturdays and Sundays, he starts baking from 8 pm the day before and continues until 11 pm the next day , almost without a break.
The store is so closely connected to the local community that customers line up even before the store opens.The many loaves of bread prepared from 8 pm the night before are sold out in no time.Since they are often sold out in the afternoon, it is recommended to go in the morning. There is a wide variety, so I was looking forward to seeing what I would like to try next.

    以前友人から貰ってすごく美味しかったので今日買いに行きました❣️ あんこのデニッシュ?のようなやつと、食パン🍞✨ とっても美味しかったです🥹✨ 語彙力がなくてどう説明した良いかわかりませんが💦今まで食べた事のないような絶妙な食感と味なのです❣️ これは本当にもう24時間寝ても覚めてもパンの事を考え、精進されていないと出せない味だと感じました✨ 15時間焼き続けられているとは素晴らしいです👏✨なんか食べただけで元気と勇気が湧いて来ました! また絶対買いに行きます☺️💕 美味しいパンを本当にありがとうございます🙏

    Kalau ada yang mau ngomong. Dan menasehati lusi untuk memaafkan dari kecil yang masih belum akil baligh. Lusi bisa ngajarin mereka untuk bertobat. Caranya lusi diajarin ilmu ruqyah dari kecil.

    Beautiful baked goods. Take care of yourself, 15 hours a day is too much, not sustainable. If you are selling out of everything start raising prices until some things don't sell. You will then find the sweet spot of where you should price things. Shut down 2 hours earlier. Enjoy life.

    Belajar sampai liang lahat. Nggak penting sekolah atau tidak. Belajar itu nggak harus pakai guru dan buku. Kata mas... itu mau belajar dimana terserah. Itu mariyana bisa belajar bekerja dan fasih ngomong karena apa. Sering melihat orang desa bekerja dan ngobrol. Makanya pikirannya seperti orang dewasa. Umurnya 4 tahun.
