awesome video!!! I think this will be my way to go for the future Skyzone and HDZero. I just have about about the power supply... why do you recommend the Eachine 7.4V 18650 battery case? Can it power both the lens and the hdzero module?? Is it better than the fat shark battery case?

Very good explanation, man. I fly freestyle, too and I'm, interested in HDZero. Right now I fly HDO 2 googles with good 1500 tvl cameras and TBS HV vtxs or Rush. I wouldn’t like to exchange 5 drones to DJI or Walksnail. Therefore, I ask you this question: is HDZero worth the difference from analog? I believe you have experience and an unbiased opinion, different from mainstream influencers. Thanx in advance.

No worries. You've raised a very popular point. I am of the same thoughts. I fly a lot of analogue quads and simply will not be able to.convert to walksnsil. I see the HDzero option to be the best thing for sure. It has minimal latency and works a treat with my 04x goggles. I love how I can fly either system whenever I like and yes the difference is quite significant with the hdzero system. It's also reasonable affordable and with the whoop and quad vtx boards I'm all for this way forward. 👍👍 I'll be interested to see how the new hdzero goggles look and perform. Hope I've answered your question. 🏆🍻

The fan that fat shark and sky zone use is the same dimensions so you can just take off the cover and replace it with the one that comes with the HDzero VRX

Tried that. The vrx sits too low for me and there is also restriction with the air flow. I didn't want to cause the fan to overwork itself. But in essence you are correct. Cheers. 👍

For sure, Trouble is that its still limited and quite expensive. I have loads of quads that I still fly today. With this setup I am future froofing myself nicely! Cheers for the feedback mate!

No worries. Id look at the hglrc, diatone or the gep rc range. they are affordable and cater for many different specifications to suit you r needs. Check out my links in my video description for my favourite quads. Happy to help.

How long of a HDMI cable can you safely run to one of those? Like can you put the HDZero on a tripod like a ground station then how long can you have it so your standing there with a cable to your googles when launched in flight?

Good idea. 👍 If you are looking at a couple of meters I cannot see that it would be an issue. Make sure that the cable is a quality one and you can probable go longer. After all it's just a video feed in cable.... Hope this helps. 🍻
