I love it when a crew greets you with a few shots of the horn. Since I have Mondays off, I'm thinking of taking a railfanning roadtrip dow to Hanford and working my way up along 99 back home. I go down that way in my rig and see a lot of trains, but rarely get to take photos or video.
Thanks for this. It is great to see the rails in California.
Tremendous video. Beautiful scenery. Thanks for sharing. Dave
Sweeeeet! Love desert railroading. Nicely done.
That was a fun day, it was great getting to meet you out there!

You too buddy, hopefully get to do it again!✌
Wow what a great place for good rail fanning
Great video. I especially liked the model railroader view of the first train. Looking forward to your next layout update.

Hey! You were in my neck of the woods. I love Afton Canyon. Nice video. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
Neat sights. The Mojave River can get nasty in a very sudden flash flood.
Hey glad to meet you at Afton! Great video too.
Nice video. Hope all involved brought plenty of water. Cheers 💦

Slap a like if you like!
Great catch, I used to railfan all that when I was down there...Daggett is an interesting place. In your first frame and the two trains there's a spur track off to the right do you remember where that track goes??? Thanks Kory great vid. Need a layout update from you soon. Did you take over the front room and expand it yet. Lol

spur track goes pretty much nowhere, it may have been a quarry or mine down there at one point but now it is only storage. it's only a couple hundred yards long. satellite shows some cars on it and much of the original spur is pulled up. i need to go check it out in person, been meaning to for some time
