No, Maestro was savage and didn't have Banner's intellect. But he evolved into something smarter than the original Hulk! And due to his gamma exposure was much much stronger!

Not quite. What you described is ‘Hulk: The End’ which was originally a short story in the ‘Ultimate Hulk’ anthology. Maestro was from a time travel storyline in the Hulk comics.

Bro I agree. Some of the ridiculous things I've seen is Taskmaster being taller than Thor and Taking on 4 avengers at once. In insomniac Spider-man Taskmaster isn't overpowered like that.

Pshh, there's a whole world war hulk arc that got trashed. They didn't want pay for him over spiderman. They just got the rights to hulk this year from universal studios and I think Sony still owns spiderman.
