wow coincidence of 2 accounts created on the same day supporting 1 product . the chances are uncanny
I had this yesterday without seeing this video. I had the garden salad with salmon and onsen egg. Got to say it was really delicious. However most people esp older generation wouldn’t know how to customise the order and would walk away. I think it will be easier for them to order if they show more recommended customised dishes.

That's a great idea. They can have a preset menu for those who do not know how to customize. Like set A, set b.

Went there recently as well. They have since revamped their menu (can check their ig page) and it comes with a few pre-set meals to choose from of which for a meat eater like myself, their triple threat (three protein combi) is damn good.
I can feel his passion as a fellow chef. So much heart and thoughts behind his stall. WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST
Smart, current, original, passionate. This guy has the right mindset for success.
This dude's just straight vibin i hope he does well
That positive attitude and burning passion towards his own food says it all . That’s what keep him going , making good food and seeing his customer leaving with a big smile . Gonna bring my family for the tasting soon .
What a genuine chef
Must give it a try one day. I feel his passion and cheerfulness, seems to be a humble chap too. We need more enterprising passionate people like him.
I can really feel his passion through this interview. His dishes look so interesting
Now i really wanna try. This guy’s personality seems so 😁👌🏻
What a charming and cute young man. Speaks quite well as he is passionate about what he does. 3 to 4 hours sleep is a gift if you are a sole breadwinner and a father but then we all have to make sacrifices.
What a humble and affable man! Can't wait to patronise his stall.

At least he is a passionate young man who tries to pursue his dream and work hard for it. Many young people would just expect to work in a comfortable environment with high pay. If there is room for improvement in his food or shop, gives him constructive criticism when you are there! Let's support our young local talent!
Omg! This guy is the best, I love how excited he is telling his story.
People who say its expensive must understand. if you expect food to remain as $3 $4 then who is going to take over being hawker.. hawker food is supposed to be affordable and not cheap at the expense of the guy cooking it for you.. They also have a family to feed.

MYLOH is so adorable, especially the way he describe the giggle-ness of he onsen egg and then went on to describe every single element of each food item in such passionate and excitement. I’d totally love to visit you and your shop!
can see the passion he has for food and bringing the best out for his customers. cant wait to visit!
That's the spirit of a young Singaporean.
This guy speaks the language of gods
seems like a great genuine guy. cant wait to try
Very down to earth guy. Food that is just honest is rare for newcomers. I like the fact he just wants to sell what he likes himself with "tasty" as the main theme. No fancy-schmancy trend follower... Just good eats with delivery through each bowl/plate.
I can see the passion in his eyes. Would definitely try it when I am back in Singapore.
At $6 for salmon is really worth it! As compared to Collins at above $10 it's definitely worth it!

Dude's very positive. Hope his business is doing great for years to come.
he reminded me of David so's attitude on constant improvement and constant seeking on how to make mixed rice.
Wonderful to see sous vide being utilized in a hawker center. It is such a great way to cook in bulk and keeping it at a safe temperature. Cool concept!
I love his energy! 👍
Reminds me of Huevos, a Mexican stall that has opened at Cross Street Exchange’s (formerly China Square) food court also run by young chaps. Great to see a great variety of cuisines in food courts and hawker centers !
He really seems like a good ass dude that actually cares about what he sends out. All the best!
this guy got positive vibes. Wishing you the best!
Spoken with heart and passion. Great work lad.
I like this guy already. Positive and cheerful.
love his enthusiasm
Wishing you success and joy! So inspiring with your enthusiasm and determination. Great culinary knowledge too. Quality is your USP!
Well done. Can feel the sincerity and your passion. Heard your describe and i feel hungry already. Hahaha
Giving all my support to him!!!
Very encouraging to see many young people getting out to fulfill their passion, even if to work in a non air con environment. Keep it up! 👍🏻😊
Would love to try. Sous vide is the best way of cooking and not many singaporean stores implement them.

Not really, this hawker centre alot of younger generation especially is located near to the new BTO side. During weekday dinner time is difficult to find seat. In time to come more ppl will flock here as the food quality starts getting better. The old side is at Chong pang where it is very dirty and younger ppl tend to avoid there unless really no choice
