I’m a Pacific Islander from a tiny island in Micronesia in the western Caroline island called Yap. Although, Fiji is enormous and culturally different compared to my tiny island, I enjoy all your videos as they remind me of my home island. Oh, so that is the " Sivaromaca" That's my favorite vakalolo. I thought they use dalo only. Now, I know that we can combine dalo and cassava. That is called the " dari ni vakalolo" We had one in my childhood home growing up.

Vakalolo is fiji desert...only worst thing about it is the coconut part ...get a coconut SCRAPER MACHINE bro.. it's pretty handy, since almost everything needs coconut milk in fiji

That is not VAKALOLO. It’s called SIVAROMACA. VAKALOLO is made from Caramelised coconut milk whereas SIVAROMACA is from grated coconut flesh.

He was in the episode where the boys went on a shopping spree and then later went to Coffee Hub. He was their boat captain on that day. He was also in the birthday cake episode. The boat engine died and his boat went over and towed everyone back to the village.
