On the cover to Goblet of Fire it is actually Harry, Cedric Diggory, Viktor Krum, and Fluer Delacour the four triwizard champions

Awesome set. I have both the original Bloomsbury edition, but I bought all the Scholastic first editions as well, I'm reading them now, they are beautiful. Very good font size, quality paper, and I also like the illustrations by Mary GrandPré. But from book 4, they are heavy. It's like going to the gym with your brain, lol.

Hi, I see that the main cover (hardcover) is not printed in art of the book but is a simple hardxover, unlike Bloomsbury editions. Only the jacket has art on it. Why? Can the ones with cover printed with art be obtained?

JAY_C The original title when the book was published in UK was the philosophers stone but when the book was first published in us it was titled soccer's stone .Both are fine just say whatever you prefer.

For some reason, the books I got didn't have pictures in the back. But when my mom ordered Harry Potter and the Half Blood prince off of Amazon because my OG copy wa falling apart, I got one with a picture on the back. I don't know why, but I loved that SO much. When I went to Goodwill, I found a Prisoner of Azkaban book, WITH A PICTURE ON THE BACK! #Awsome (and in case you are wondering, of course I got it!)

I wish I had the american editions they look so cool, in Canada they only sell the UK and the Canadian editions

personally i like the UK editions because they are the originals, but I will admit that Mary Grandpre's illustrations are more fitting for the atmosphere.

I have for some reason two copies of the original english verisons of chamber of secrets, one original prisoner of askaban and deathly hallows and the second editions of the first,4th and 5th and for some reason I'm missing the 6th which sucks cause its my favourite, I'll have to get it soon :)

I looked for them on amazon but the one for 114 looked different from the one i ordered. Like the box details i mean. Sadly though the one's i ordered are on back order. But I can't find the 114 one's on amazon again.

Dude, in book 2 you said it was Hermione while Ginny appeared on the illustration, and it so happened with Luna instead of Fleur in the 4th and the sword instead of the Elder Wand in the 7th. Seriously, read the books (or even watch the movies) before talking nonsense.

Cause these days, when people many times can only buy such editions online, they only got a few "stock" image from the seller, and have no idea how the books, the box etc. gonna look like. So these vids are great, cause you can see everything before you'd pay online for something you haven't even seen yet. :)
