He's not an American veteran and his wife has no military record. So why don't they give that honor to an American veteran? So disrespectful!
Why is a British man, who doesn't have citizenship and no real ties or allegiance to our country before the last 5 minutes, having ANYTHING to do with our armed services? Real question. It's just odd.
For Meghan and Harry to be participating in the ribbon cutting of the Warrior Fitness Program Facility which is (I believe) a training program for former American soldiers is beyond bizarre. And for them to be introduced as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is even more bizarre. The Revolutionary soldiers who fought for our freedom from Britain must be turning over in their graves. JUST WHO is responsible for them being included. The American people, but most especially, American veterans deserve an explanation. There are literally hundreds of thousands of American veterans who should have had the honor of participating in this ribbon cutting instead of Harry and Meghan. Perhaps they want to rehabilitate their images after all they have done, but this is the worst possible way of doing that in my opinion. Americans should be appalled.

I'm sorry. Why is MEghan front and center in the opening ceremony for the veterans' facility in San Diego? It upsets me that she STILL uses "Duchess" even though she is trying to destroy the Royal family.

My husband is a disabled Vietnam veteran and he is APPALLED, DISTURBED, ANGRY & most of all disappointed that an AMERICAN ribbon cutting ceremony had British Prince Harry. Well since my husband was Army Special Forces he says “I guess the Navy didn’t know any better”😡🇺🇸😡

I called and posted to the Facebook page of this org to say how ironic to have a duke on stage who in 2021 publicly stated our 1st amendment was 'bonkers' and was a self proclaimed advocate for drug use. $$$$???
If they wanted a 'name' to help promote the event why not use an american veteran, and if they wanted a top known person they could have called Tom Selleck or one of the other stars that served our country and would have done it for free. Harry looked embarrassed as he should be.
We should have had an American Veteran doing the ribbon cutting. Harry told us exactly what he thinks of our 1st Amendment and how 'bonkers' it is. Besides, we won the war with England. We need OUR OWN Veterans front and center when dedicating anything connected with the American military. 😊

I cannot comprehend why Harry and his wife still get invited to such occasions as this. Seriously, I don't get it. Whoever is/are responsible for these occasions by inviting them just show how they condone their behavior. Help me understand, please. After everything they have done against their family, all the whining, all the shallow awards and appearances just to stay relevant, they still get invited. What is this world coming to really? They are still getting rewarded for their nasty behaviors. It's frustrating and disgusting.
